Blacks - Yeovil Avis 

I visited the Yeovil store to buy a pair of new walking shoes. I was able to try (in my size) all the shoes I was interested in, the prices were very competitive and the service from Will (I think that’s right but apologies if I have the name wrong) was first class, with no hard sell, all the time I needed to try them on and all the advice I needed in terms of features and prices etc. On top of that there was National Trust membership discount to apply at the till! Nothing not to like, thank you all at Blacks Yeovil.

Louise was knowledgeable and very helpful. Her advice guided me to the best choice of walking boots for me from a wide range on display. Good price as well!

We were served by Hazel at Yeovil. Lovely lady, very polite and helpful assisting me buying a waterproof coat for my son.

I came into town with my daughter and needed some new boots. Came into store and was dealt with by Will and he provided a great experience and was very kind and courteous.

Excellent service from the team in Yeovil. They kindly honoured my online offers and discounts in store and even went to the effort of holding back some items until we could collect the following day - invaluable as we were heading off camping and the online delivery wouldn’t have made it in time! Superb service.

Hazel was amazing. My family spent 3 hours in Street outlet stores looking for coats for wife and son. Nothing was purchased in Street as the service and stock were shocking.

10 minutes in Blacks in Yeovil with the wonderful Hazel we were sorted in less than 10 minutes, with both wife and son happy with their new costs.

Ben and Hazel were really good and helped me get the size coat I needed; matching the fleece liner.

Louise was very helpful when I came to try on some boots for work. She was very patient whilst I tried on a couple of sizes and had a walk around to ensure I purchased the correct boot. Louise was very friendly and happy to help.

Really helpful friendly staff. They were both attentive and helped me find some shorts to wear to work as my pair had broken. Bought a pair of shorts and I'm really happy with them

I used to be an avid trespass user but as I needed a new pair of boot (long story) recently decided to try blacks, I was amazed by Ben’s knowledge in footwear as he helped me pick new boots, and hazel was very friendly at the checkout and helpful as she recommended the proper protection I needed for them. Would never to back to trespass again
