Lovely Staff

Expert friendly advice for the novice
Went specially for walking boots, after trying several pairs I hadn't found any suitable and was ready to give up looking. Discussed with assistant Louise the reasons each pair was uncomfortable, she suggested a brand that could be more suitable and was spot on with the recommendation.
The expert advice continued downstairs while browsing waterproof clothing. Ben explained the difference between products and the waterproof rating, also information on product aftercare, warranty and replacement policy. Although not on my shopping list I decided to buy a jacket, trousers and long sleeve top.
Both Louise and Ben had a very friendly and professional approach, mixed with experience and knowledge of the products. If you need advice or information about outdoor equipment I can highly recommend Blacks in Yeovil.

Absolutely excellent service. Sales lady Louise was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Blacks store in Yeovil is full of quality products at extremely good prices. Louise made our shopping a pleasurable experience.

A great shopping experience from start to finish
I am a frequent shopper at Blacks in Yeovil and I have always had very good help, advice and customer service. I went in today for a pair of walking boots and was helped by Louise and Ben. They were both excellent, nothing was too much trouble and I am very happy with my purchase.

Kelly was truly amazing. Having tried on just about every pair of size 11 and 12 trail shoe options taking best part of an hour whilst dealing with several other customers at the same time. Friendly staff and good service.
I went into the shop looking for a waterproofing kit for my jacket. Hazel showed me where it was, and let me know it was half price if I bought something else. I bought a camping chair for my toddler which was also reduced, and left the shop feeling very happy with the service.
