Brilliant company for blinds.
Brilliant company, I ordered bathroom blinds and they went out there way to get the correct adjustments for the bathroom fitting for me and put the order on hold so I could get everything correct. Very helpful and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for new blinds.
They will not replace a blind THREE times as long as ordered.
I ordered a small blind to cover the window at the top of my front door. They have sent a blind THREE times as long as requested - long enough for the whole door, so very fat roller at the top. When I asked for it to be replaced they said they just sent a standard length. What was the point of asking me for the drop size then?

The quality of both materials and sizing is excellent, and prices are great. Well pleased
Kind of a mixed bag. Not amazing.
Easy to order. Fast-ish delivery. Easy to assemble. However with blockout it doesn’t block out the light around the edge so totally useless really. Also ordered blinds that open top and bottom but one already starts slipping down from the top and lets in the light by morning.

Ordered 2 Perfect Fit Blinds for our Patio Doors. Arrived quickly, and well packaged. Easy to put together, took just a couple of minutes (though no actual instructions included) and as per the name a perfect fit. Remember to measure twice before you order and you cant go wrong. Much cheaper than anywhere else as well.
Only negative point is that they also sent the plastic sticks to operate Venetian blinds which i don't need so a bit wasteful as Ill just bin them.
Really good experience
I have now ordered 4+ blinds from this company, and all of them have been as described, good quality, I found fixing the blinds in the recess, to be straight forward and simple.
I have had no problems with delivery, yes it takes a few days, which is to be expected, you have to supply the screws to fix the blinds which is fine, they do tell you this when ordering.
Communication via email has been great, as I made an error when typing my email, which they changed, and when I asked when delivery may be they replied and the blind arrived as they said.
For me, I will continue to order from this company, from my own personal experience it’s been great.
Appalling after sales! There isn’t any
Blinds are lovely, but I needed the recess for the window latches…. Can I get hold of them NO, sent god knows how many emails with no response and rang numerous times and NO answer on the phone! Despite the blinds being nice there is no way I would use them ever again…. My advice is STAY AWAY from this company as after sales is absolutely rubbish! Well there actually isn’t any after sales advice…. I have had to get another company to help me with them! I have been trying to get in touch with the since about the 8/4/25 and it’s now 10/5/25
Bloody scammers
Bloody scammers. Got all the measurements wrong. Sent pictures and still no reply, no refunds and replacement is a far cry. The worst of them all.
The worst service ever seen
The worst customer service ever seen. Massively bad communication. Pooooor in replying. The staff is charming on the phone, but once you've waited a long time. The issue is that they say a lot, but there is little action. I spent a long time on the phone with them, and ended up wanting a refund 8 days later...after paying for Next Day Delivery.

We needed some blinds for our French patio doors now the sun has started to come out and saw these online.
Instructions were easy to follow to measure the doors- we paid £3 for each blind incase we measured it wrong, but didn’t need this.
The instructions were also very easy to follow to install the blinds and we were very impressed with the actual quality of the blinds!

Great Service
Dispatched in 7 business days as detailed, really well packaged, great communication and sizes exactly as expected, they were also about 40% cheaper than other quotes I had.
Really happy, not sure why there are a few negative reviews, reading some of them people have ordered the wrong size, which is on the customer really. Always measure twice and should be fine

Ordering was straightforward
Ordering was straightforward, they came 7 days after I ordered, exactly when they were meant to come. They were a bit tricky to fit however they look amazing and a fraction of the price of others online. Would highly recommended.
Terrible customer service
we received the wrong weights with one of the sets of blinds we ordered..(i ordered all chainless but one came with chain and weights). we contacted the company and asked for the proper ones to be sent and a postage paid envelope to return the others..when they eventually replied they wanted a photo of the wrong weights to show the production team!!?? and wouldnt send us the ones we had paid for until we did this.. seriously, why?? do they think we dont know the difference, our other 2 sets of blinds had the correct weights on, we explained we dont have the facility to do photos etc but they stopped replying.. We had to wait until our niece visited and she did the photo for us. This companies customer service stinks, we will go elsewhere for the upstairs blinds we are now wanting.
Like everyone else
Like everyone else, used twice. Ordered accepted the lead time of 12 days. The blinds are then dispatched, you are sent tracking information from DX with live tracking maps. They seemingly drive straight past your village and then the delivery slot expires with no delivery attempted. Then you undoubtedly get an email the following day saying it’s coming again!! I spoke to the DX driver last time this happened and she said no delivery was even planned for the previous day!
I’ve wasted 4 days now waiting for 2 deliveries and both times this has happened. Great if you don’t need to work away from home!
Blinds are nice when they arrive but if you’re in a hurry or you require friendly customer service, avoid!
I won’t use them again, sticking with the bigger firms.
Interestingly blinds direct online market themselves to have 5* reviews on a website called reviews.io
To leave a review here you have to receive an email to do so. I’ve ordered twice and on both occasions have had horrible experiences and neither time have I received an email link to review blinds direct on that website. Seems to be cherry picked customers, they certainly aren’t 5*
