We ordered shutters for 3 windows in December, they arrived in February which was much later than expected and advertised. There was no update at all about our order.
The shutters arrived but the build quality was very poor with gaps in the joints and the sizes had been reduced too much.
A month on we still haven’t heard anything from their customer service despite many “contact forms “ being sent.
A very disappointing experience, we certainly won’t be using this company again.
Absolutely Shocking Service
Ordered a blind online and they took my money at the point of ordering.
Two weeks later I get an email saying that they are out of stock of the fabric and won't be getting any in the near future.
Firstly: If they were out of stock how was I able to place an order? Secondly, why did it take 2 weeks to let me know?
I asked for a refund 4 days ago and as yet I haven't even received a response, yet alone my money back (£125)

Ordered blinds on the 29th Nov and expected delivery on the 10th Dec, still nothing on the 16th, so got in touch which wasn't the easiest, only to be told the material wasn't in stock,1624shocking way to be treated. Certainly won't be ordering from them

Given the reviews here of blinds - direct and our recent experience, they are clearly rogue traders. Took immediate payment for the blind ordered but have failed to supply the goods. All reviewers here should report to citizens advice trading standards. Company needs to be closed down.
Absolutely appalling quality
Absolutely appalling quality. Fist blinds had to be replaced ( that they did ). Second set came through , slats different sizes. Avoid this company at all costs

The venetian blinds arrived quickly BUT...
The venetian blinds arrived quickly, but they would not open or close and the internal spindle was not connected. Poor quality workmanship. They were also 10cm too short, which was a manufacturing issue. I contacted their customer support and raised this with them, they replied requesting photos of the issue. This back and forth of me replying with pictures for evidence has been going for nearly a month now, and the issue still has not been resolved. I definitely would not recommend this company they are underhanded and not trustworthy.

Absolutely shocking company - BUYER BEWARE - I ordered 2 blinds. One was a ‘designer blind’ that hides the roller. Not only does it NOT hide the roller as it hangs beneath the header it also has marks over the header material. The 2nd blind was a framed blind whereby the blind rails were cut to the correct size but the material was too short !
Plus I took out their insurance to protect me against wrong sizing where I was at fault.
Currently they are refusing to refund unless I take videos. I sent them clear photos which they requested in the first instance and packed the blinds away into their original packing. Now they expect me to get them out rehang them and take videos ! You couldn’t write it !
Needless to say I have raised a dispute with my bank asi bought them online and by my credit card…….the saga continues !

Wish we looked up the reviews before placing an order - absolutely awful company to deal with, customer services are shocking. We sent measurements online (in CM's) to receive the incorrect sizes, we put length in CM's & Width in CM's - the length was correct but the width happened to be exactly the size but in inch's, definetely a fault in their online ordering system, as absolutely no way we inputted the wrong size, however they are protected as we didn't see the order confirmation. I will pay double to use someone else...

I ordered 8x roman blinds in a colour called milan white. £1000.
When I open the box these blinds were not white but cream. Im told by blinds direct its my fault because I never ordered a sample, and some of thier white blinds are eggshell colour. Offered 50% off to order again if I choose to. Not taking accountability and misleading colors.
Absolutely useless company
Absolutely useless company. Asked a question about adding another blind to my order I just placed and they said I would have to do a whole new order. They put my order on hold without telling me and 2 weeks later they haven’t despatched my order or told me my order is on hold. No communication at all. Cancelled my order now. Also live chat is not available during the times it says and staff said whoops we can despatch now for you. No thanks goodbye

Ordered a white roller blind.Blind delivered was a shade of grey contacted customer services due to it not being white and sent photos as requested. Have spoken to 3 different people they are not interested just stating it is the room they are in even though I took photos in two different rooms with direct sun light, one of the clowns told me to buy another and they will give me 50% off the replacement. I'm still waiting for a sample which was going to be sent to see if it matched these are your genuine muppet show. Totally clueless DO NOT BUY FROM THESE DUMMIES. Was told by one of the Customer Adviser and I use the word Adviser very loosely that the grey should be on the outside as the blackout, what more can one say.

Y £200 for a vertical blind, when it was delivered it was a box about 7 feet long, blind width, didn’t put any strengthening in the box so obviously something that length got bent, I got Intouch with blinds direct , they sent me a faulty claim form, I filled it in and sent pictures, waited 4/5 days no one had got back to me, so I managed to find a phone number where I spoke to Liam, my claim form hadn’t gone through, well well, what a surprise, so he sent me another claim form which I filled in and sent back within 10 minutes, now 3 days later still haven’t heard from them, still £200 out of pocket. The quality of the blind is absolutely ridiculous , I would never, ever dream of buying anything from this company ever again, they are rip off merchants, they obviously know that what they are selling is rubbish, not fit for purpose. Still not heard anything, doubt i ever will, so find a company that is some good, I usually use blinds to go, wish I had again

We received blinds that were not fit for purpose as you could see inside our house once we had them put in place. Who needs blinds you can see through. They refused to have them returned or to reimburse us for them. Terrible after sales responses now they have deleted their communications and we still have no recompense. Is this how you treat pensioners nowadays blinds direct. Shame on you.

the blinds take alot longer to come then they advertise and they never reply until they want money. i canceled payment as there was no sign of the blind and no replys, soon after id arrived and the blind was good.
on expecting some reply with apology for long lead time etc i was just messaged with threats to pay and legal action
this clearly juding by the poor english is a foreign company that drop ships to UK and they have no customer service skills

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Even one star is far too generous. Blinds Direct is an absolute disgrace — a scam operation hiding behind a website. Stay as far away as possible!
I placed an order for replacement blinds on May 31st, paid EXTRA for fast-track delivery, and as of June 9th, I have received absolutely NOTHING. The tracking number they gave me? Completely fake — never worked from the start.
When I finally got through to someone today, they had the audacity to say my parcel was returned to them and they’re now “planning” to resend it. Planning?! It’s been NINE days. No update, no email, no notification — just silence. If I hadn’t called, I wouldn’t have heard a single word from them. That’s how little they care.
And let me be clear: their customer service is FULL of liars. Every single one I spoke to — from live chat to phone support — gave me a different excuse. Lies on top of lies. They’re either completely incompetent or deliberately misleading customers. Either way, it’s disgusting.
No delivery. No tracking. No refund. No responsibility.
Just a company that takes your money and hopes you’ll give up chasing them.
Never again. If you value your money and your sanity, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from Blinds Direct.
Rubbish quality and customer service
Rubbish quality and customer service . Ordered 3 blackout blinds for my VELUX windows. Blind material is sagging down and one keeps retracting so will not stay closed. All I am getting from customer service is to use both hands to close the blind. How stupid do you think I am regardless of closing with one or 2 hands it still keeps sliding back . No resolution and have wasted €400 on blinds that are no use . Company will not take them back to replace or refund so they are not interested in customer satisfaction. This is the second time ordering my first blind was too short and they never sorted it out for me . Feel stupid for using them again .
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I WISH I HAD RESEARCHED FIRST.
