These People STEAL your MONEY THEN REFUSE TO DELIVER the PRODUCTS.. they then REPEAT THEM SELVES OVER THE POHONE WHILE they TALK DOWN TO YOU thinking you Cant do ANYTHING ABOUT IT.

My first order with them went well. There was an issue with my address and they sorted it out.

Placed an order and only received half. Called them and they said no problem, we will ship the other half. Then they sent me an email asking for more info. After several conversations they ghosted me. Contacting the credit card company to cancel payment

This is the first time I ordered from Blowout Medical. The following day after my order, I had a tracking number and the next day it was delivered by UPS. Exactly what I ordered, easy breezy. Quick shipping, like immediate. Great price. The whole process could not have been easier.

Ordered ostomy leg bags, recieved my order to fing the included 18" tubing hadn't been included. Contacted support and was quickly sent a replacement order that included tubes. Would recomend this company based on my experience. Support was very helpfull and addressed the problem quickly.

I ordered a wheelchair. A week later they could not tell me if it had shipped yet, because they do not STOCK ANYTHING. They have no idea what customer service is. They never return phone calls, after telling me they would call me back when they figured out what happened with my order. Weeks later, still nothing. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. Bad business practices. Rotten company.

Paid for expedited shipping, $55, but the shipment won't make the 1-2 business days as promised. For a medical device supplier, I would think it would be important to make sure medical supplies are delivered as expected. Waiting for reimbursement.

I had ordered catheters from them back in Sept 2024, they were a reasonable price for the time. The other sites were quite a bit more money. And I was satisfied with what I got. I did set up with the subscription monthly but change it to no subscription a few days later for financial reasons.
BUT....just recently I was charge and sent a sent the same order in Nov 2024. I don't have the finances to except this order. And I also found another company to get the catheters from in which insurance pays a big portion. I called for a return, was told it would be 3-5 days (business) for the request to be processed. Then an email with info. After looking at the return policy that means I have to pay shipping back to them. After they receive the package back, 5-7 days for processing....then I might get some money back.
TOTAL BULLSHIT COMPANY!! SCAN COMPANY!!

Have tried to send back blood pressure monitor for replacement for medium cuff. Hung up on phone 3 times, spoke to “place an Order” and assured I’d hear via email how to exchange. No email response. Called again and again had to leave message. Also wish had read reviews!!

This company is absolutely the worst medical supply company on the planet. I have used them for years just for my son’s catheters. So I ordered some feeding bags for his G tube. Well I received the bags and completely different from the picture. They would not take them back unless I paid shipping and restocking fee. Don’t use them!!!!

I've been dealing with Blowout Medical since my total laryngectomy in 2018, (6 years ago.) Their prices are VERY reasonable, their shipping is quick and I've never had any problem with them.

Don't buy any thing with this seller they don't provide telephone number with invoice

If I could give a zero rating I would this company is beyond awful. I ordered a toilet seat on April 7, 2024. I received oxygen sensors two weeks later. I emailed I called them. They said they would send me the correct product after I paid for it with my Visa they sent me the same thing again oxygen sensors a week later, I called again and asked when I will get the toilet seat. I wanted to talk to a supervisor no supervisor available. Didn’t even tell me if the toilet seat was in stock when I would get it they sent me a return label because they want the toilet seat returned , I never received it. This is the craziest I’ve dealt with. I would stay away from them totally.

Wow!!! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from This company. I ordered a shower seat and they sent me something with a totally different order number and item!! I sent an email and after reading the reviews I know I probably won’t get a response. Lesson learned!! I will always read reviews before ordering from an unknown company.

0 stars. They don’t deliver what is ordered. They don’t respond. Stay away

Fraudulent company. Thieves. Stold about $110.00 worth products. Said they shipped ordered more than 2 weeks ago. About 6 to 7 calls & Emails made. Stated they were working on reshipment of needed products. However, 2 + weeks later, they lied. They said someone had signed for them. Business is closed Sunday & Mondays. If they actually shipped there would be proof with tracking. Asked for refund. Said they would look into it. But never gave refund or responded to email. Frustrated more than 3 hours waiting on phone will Truist Fraud department to complain of Fraud and charge back. We will get our money back. Save yourselves from frustration and heartache. Avoid this scamming bin of thieves company. You work to hard to reward them of their lying scamming crimes. Will never Bless them again.

Well, that was disappointing. 👎👎👎

First, on Feb 16th I ordered one model of blanket support from Blowout Medical. Then on Feb 27th, after getting my money, they told me that product wasn’t available. They did not refund my money automatically and I had to request that they return my funds. They suggested an alternative, which I purchased. That alternative does not work with our beds, but they will not accept a return because I opened the bags and assembled the product to see if they would work.

I was looking for a good deal on a piece of equipment and that led me to Blowoutmedical.com. I did see many bad reviews, however, with paypal in my corner; I rolled the dice. Here is what happened: I got an email right away acknowledging my order. Two days later, I received notice that my order was shipping. Two days later, I received a box with my equipment. In the box was my item, bubble wrap and a packing slip that had initials of the one who picked the item, the one who confirmed it and the one who packed it. It was honestly a really good transaction.

One thing to note. I got really worried when the supplied link kept taking me to an error page. But, when I copied the tracking info and ran on the Fedex website it did work.

I previously left a review that was a 2 star. I did get my supplies, in multiple shipments...but every item came. I have since reordered three times and it all arrived promptly. Sometimes the boxes may be a little crushed but the product is never damaged. That is all that I care about anyway! I will continue to reorder!!!
