Update They did finally give a refund.
Ordered tp due to shortages everywhere on 3/17. Order still processing. No human on phone or response to email. Total scam company. Shame taking advantage of people at this time. Buyer beware!

I have been ordering from this company for years never had a problem with them till now. I order baby wipes and a case of gloves due to I take care of my aging mother. I didn’t need a case of gloves but I was going to donate some of them to a senior center for those in need of them. But needless to say they took my money and never responded to any of my emails asking them to refund my money back or at least have the curiosity to let me know what was going on with my order. Thank goodness I put the order on my HSA card. They will be looking into it from me (I won’t be ordering from them ever again that’s for sure)

12 days later and still no delivery on a 5-7 day delivery . phone call is auto saying not accepting calls. Emailed CS. Not happy !

Ordered from them 0n 3/7. They sent an "on the way" email--except it isn't. Will not respond to emails at all. They are either unethical, scammers or totally inept--or perhaps all three? Will work with my credit card company to rectify my mistake of ordering from them.

I ordered toilet paper on 3/17 and my order still shows “processing,” even though the website advised I’d receive the shipment within 3-5 days... They charged my card on 3/18. I’ve tried numerous times (FIVE!) to get a hold of them via email and through the “contact us” option on their website to no avail - no response at all. I sent an email also telling them to cancel my order - but that’s probably a wasted effort. Their phone number just has a message saying they cannot take calls due to the Corona Virus. I wish I’d seen these reviews prior to ordering and I would’ve saved my $. I’ll be disputing the charge with my credit card at this point. Sad to know people are taking advantage during a time like this.... If I’d gotten any response to say “order delayed” or anything at all I’d at least believe it’s a legit company - but at this point, seems like a complete scam. :-(

UPDATE:
Interestingly, right after posting this review I finally received a response from Blowout - they indicated that they are currently not operating/shipping bc of the state of emergency. They said some of them are working from home so they will refund my payment - we’ll see if it happens. It’s curious to me that they don’t have some way of updating their website to not accept orders and/or payments - or some sort of notice advising they are not shipping orders right now. I am grateful to finally have received a response however!

Ordered t.p. on 3/17/20. They charged my card on 3/18. Have heard nothing from them since, despite multiple attempts. I just canceled order (with email to their "support" and Cc to me for the record). I notified credit card that I had canceled order. I just set up a dispute with PayPal over it and have a case # for that. (I recommend chat/message with them for that.) Bottom line, I may have gambled on them and lost. Somebody needs to shut them down. I guess I'm too used to good reliable sellers. I may also change my credit card number. It's hard to believe these places can stay on the web.

Absolutely the worst. Went online and the item I purchased showed it was available. I ordered and waited 5 days - mind you they say most items ship in 1-3 days. On day 5 the order still showed as processing. I then called and no one answered. I left two messages for a call back and none came. I emailed them and received a response they were out of the item. I questioned why it was listed as available when I ordered and now it isn't. No response. I demanded a refund. Then I get another email saying the item shipped and they sent me a tracking number. I asked for the tracking number. I get two emails - one saying the order was refunded. The 2nd with a UPS tracking number showing a delivery to Illinois. I'm in Rhode Island. The order number they provided for the tracking was the wrong one - off by a digit. Out of the gate this was the one of the worst experiences I have dealt with on an order. If you are out of the item mark it as such so that the order does not go through. This tells me they are a 3rd party shipper and not a supplier. They never had the item in stock and simply take orders and then fulfil them with the actual supplier. Go to the supplier directly. They update their website when they run out of an item. Also double check the order # so you aren't providing incorrect info. If I could give ZERO as my rating I would. I would never deal with you again and I would not recommend anyone ordering from them. There are other capable and willing companies our there that can handle an order correctly.

I ordered weeks ago. I sent several emails with no response. This place is a scam. Do not order from them.

Ordered on March 13. Order still shows processing. Emailed twice for status and received no response. Called once and vm says "due to the Coronavirus, we are not taking calls". Just disputed the order through my credit card company.

These people are just crooks and they should be put out of business. Place my order in late January, 2020. the took my money and said my order would be shipped in 3-5 days. 2 weeks passed and they informed me my order was back ordered and no new shipping date.Later in March i receive an update on my order stating manufacturer no longer making the product. They did not mention a word about refunding my money. If you want to just throw your money away, this is the company to use. If i could give them zero stars, i would. Please stay away from doing business with the people. God, i wish i had read the reviews before i placed my order.

I ordered toilet paper on 3/14/20. The website said it was in stock. I chose the 3-5 day shipping option. Website states an email with tracking info would be sent as soon as order ships. 7 days, 3 emails and a phone call. No toilet paper, no email. No communication and no refund (which I requested in my 2nd email). If it's out of stock, update your website. People are working from home and that's the kind of task that can be done by a worker from home. I understand these are difficult times. That make it so much worse when you take people's money and then go silent. Your companies leadership should be ashamed. Hopefully you decide to remedy this situation. Good luck to you all.

I ordered toilet paper in the middle of the pandemic. I emailed them the next business day to make sure they had it in stock. They replied within 48 hours and told me unfortunately the were out of stock and refunded the payment the same day. I appreciate the quick response and honesty during this terrible time.

I was hella excited when I saw their prices compared to others, cuz I prefer wholesale prices and not getting ripped off. Yes their website looks a little lowbudget, but it's not a scam. I definitely got apprehensive after I purchased, because I thought my deal was too good to be true and then read these reviews.. I'll clarify for them that it's BUSINESS DAYS not just regular days, so it can be a week when it says 2-5 business days, which they clearly state. The few good reviews on here are not fake, and im glad I read them. I was gonna claim fraud or something if I started getting more nervous, but I gave it a chance and figured w the pandemic that I should expect some delays. I ordered a case of 12, 32oz bottles of McKesson isopropyl alcohol, and two boxes of Curad bandages. After a few days, I'm assuming when my stuff would've been shipped, I was emailed that McKesson discontinued that item and I'd be refunded at my banks will (which I was via Chime bank, which is dope and I recommend them too). Today I got my boxes of bandages (16/Mar/2020) and I'm too lazy to check when I ordered them but they arrived within 1-3 business of being shipped, which is clearly stated but understandably misinterpreted. If u don't believe the good reviews here, check Amazon. They're rated a positive 84%, just sayinnnnn.

Read the bad reviews they are 100% accurate. Orderd 10 days ago and can not get in touch with them. I hope PayPal can help get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM YOU WILL BE SORRY.................

I feel like this company/website is a scam. Ordered hand sanitizer because you can't find any anywhere, it's been seven days since I've ordered and it hasn't been shipped. I emailed the company and didn't get a response. Now the website isn't working. I've started a claim with PayPal to see if I can hopefully get some of myoney back.

Not even an hour after charging my credit card I get an email saying item not available smh. Now they have my credit card info and this place is bogus!! Computer Crimes Division will be notified if I see one instance of fraud in my card!

Before checking the reviews I put a few items in the cart and started the process of making an account. Something told me to check reviews before I finished, so glad I did. I ended up not finishing the account and just closed the page out. Not even an hour later I started receiving emails from them saying "You’re receiving this email because you’ve signed up to receive weekly updates from Blowout Medical". Not only did I not sign up for it, but it is very shady of them to sign people up without their knowledge. Makes me wonder what other shady things they are up too. Gonna check reviews first before typing anything in on any unknown website from now on.

I ordered 15 boxes of vinyl gloves on 2/26/20. I received the gloves on 2/28/20. The gloves are of good quality. Excellent experience with this company.

I purchased the 3M VFlex Small Particulate Respirator Surgical Mask - 1805S three weeks ago. After receiving confirmation and my credit card charged (paid to have shipping expedited), I followed back up two weeks later twice and called only to find out they are out of stock. They should've informed me they were out of stock right away so I could've looked for other options. If I didn't reach out proactively, I wonder when I would've ever been notified of this. They said they were going to refund me, still waiting to see it be processed. I'm very disappointed in how this played out...

I wrote a 1 star review which I should not have done. Had I read the fine print I would have known that it was “2 business days”. Their customer service has responded promptly (Since they are closed on weekends) and explained To me the situation. They have promised delivery on Wednesday fulfilling their commitment. I will give them a 5 star As soon as I receive my order.
