Blowout Medical Avis 

I pay for 3-5 days shipping fee and it's been 7 days since I ordered and I still NOT received anything!!! I sent 3 emails to support and they didn't even reply any of it! DON'T BUY ANYTHING WITH BLOWOUT MEDICAL!

It's been 7 days since I placed my order. They billed my card and I have heard nothing since. I would advise staying away. I wish I would have read the reviews here before giving them my card info.

This company took my order on a rush basis, then when the materials didn't arrive in the 2-days and we had patients set-up the next day, our call met with simply "we're sorry, but too bad!"

Don't rely on them for anything!!!!!!!

This company is a complete joke. I ordered several products from the company for what I thought was a good price with shipping costing a pretty penny to arrive in 7 days. Only for nothing to show up for almost two weeks. I reached out to them on e-mail and they replied back basically: "oh well there was a small typo on your address so instead of asking you about it immediately nor letting us/you correct it, we basically will charge you for shipping and not give you anything. Its your mistake." I followed up with my correct address in several emails and asked to still send the product, to which they were very uncooperative. If they had spoken to their shipping provider or even had reached out to me initially in any way to fix something so small, they would've had a satisfied customer.

I never write negative reviews for any company, but never have I experienced a company so volatile, ignorant, and lazy. Avoid unless you want to throw your money away to a sham in 'big business attire'.

The company appears to be a scam. I ordered Sitz bath set ,and it was one time order but they started charge my credit card and send me more same items for two more month. When I contacted to one of the customer service representative, she told me I created recurring order, but I did not.
DO NOT DO BUSINES with BLOWOUT MEDICAL.

I ordered some medical supplies on June 3rd, the next day someone contacted me from fraud prevention asking for the approval number from the credit card company wich I gave to them, then later that day they wrote back saying I needed a prescription to fulfill the order wich is not true. It was a waste of time.

made orders early in May, and still not getting them. what they reported initially, my pack was delivered, which never happened to me. I complained and they said it was returned because of wrong address. There was no wrong address issue and our location is in metro city with 24 hour concierge service. They have F GRADE on BBB.

Although there was some initial difficulty fulfilling my order due to inventory issues, Blowout Medical was responsive to my email queries, kept me informed of my order status, and went above and beyond to fulfill my order. They even shipped me extra product at no added cost -- presumably to make up for the delay in fulfillment. It's my opinion that one can order from them with confidence. I certainly will give them repeat business.

There was a hiccup with my order. I documented and sent an email to their customer service. I was given an answer within hours, and it was resolved today. I would not have ordered had I looked up the reviews ahead of time. I am very satisfied though, and will not hesitate to order again. I gave them the time to respond, they did in a very short time-frame. Always remember, the majority of reviews are from disgruntled customers, not that they are always, or even the majority, in the wrong, just that the happy people don't feel motivated to write about their experiences.

I have been ordering from Blowout Medical for a couple of years and have never had any issues at all. I have read some of the other reviews on here and I would take them with a grain of salt. When you order online sometimes things happen but also sometimes mad people EXAGGERATE their experiences. I just cannot fathom how I can order from them weekly for 3+ years and never have an issue but these people have these issues! Crazy.

I would reccommend them 100%. Oh and if you need phone support you can find it. I have spoken to a nice lady named Bianca as well as someone named Teri and they have both been amazing, nice, informative, and more than willing to assist me with anything and everything I have needed help with.

delivered as promised. found blowout searching for larger quantities of loperimide since Costco stopped selling it. blowouts prices were lower than anywhere else, almost too good to be true. then I came here and read all the bad reviews. because I needed it asap I chose to hedge and ordered some from ebay seller at higher price. meds came fromnblowout as advertised... 4 days and drug had 2 years left before expiration date. glad I stuck with my order, and felt compelled to give a good review where credit was due. I don't know the circumstances of the bad reviews but hopefully they've fixed their issues and improved their systems. all I know is that for my order, they delivered as advertised.

Very hesitant about ordering after reading reviews but after receiving all my items within a week, i’m very happy I ordered from this company. Ordered tooth brushes, toothpaste and soap for homeless care package and like I said before all arrived within a week. Cheap products, fast shipping. Based on my three orders, i’m rating them 5 stars.

I wish I could give zero stars. The company appears to be a scam. I ordered eight pairs of isotoner gloves with a promise of a two week delivery window. I never received the items. I attempted to contact the company but they have no phone support. I tried to email the company about my order but received no response. Then out of the blue several weeks after the fact I received an email from the company stating that my product was back-ordered and would be delayed by TWO MONTHS with no offer of a refund. I have filed a dispute with paypal to get my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Making up hygiene kits for the homeless; they (Blowout) continually back order items, fail to answer e-mails and charge your account anyway,
ON our last order ,and I do mean LAST ORDER , they back ordered every item!
Bad News Merchant

Took money for my order and sent nothing. When I inquired about it I got no response. Filed a complaint with PayPal and got no response or resolution

Should be ZERO stars and "company" (most likely one guy in a basement doing dropshipping) should be called BLOWUPMEDICAL.COM.

These/this idiot will get everything wrong with your order possible and then ignore your emails desperately trying to correct it.

STAY FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM.

I have ordered twice from Blowout Medical. My first order went very smoothly. I ordered, product arrived satisfactorily. No problems. I would have rated the company 5 stars based on that order. I ordered a second time about a month later. Only part of the product arrived on two separate days and I am still waiting for the last of the product. They charged my credit card. I have sent about 6 emails to them. I have phone twice on two different numbers and get the same recorded message. They do not have phone service at this time. 1-855-476-8621 and 1-307-679-9341. I even told them in my first email that I understand that things happen. I just wanted to resolve the situation. My last email finally got a response when I said I would contact my credit card company if I did not hear from them. They responded saying they contacted the warehouse and I would receive an email in 1 to 2 days. Its been three days and nothing. Customer Service Stinks. I am going to hold up my payment. An additional note. After waiting for an unusually long time, I was contacted by them, stating the item I ordered was out of stock and they were going to refund the items price on my credit card. I am still trying to decide if I should order from them. They did have very good prices. It just takes forever to communicate with them if there is a problem.

First time user of this website.
Was a little apprehensive after reading the negative reviews.
But everything went very smoothly for me.
I had all my inquiries answered quickly and precisely within a day or so using the site they directed me to.
I got everything shipped to me on time, in good shape.
Very satisfied with their services, including
their communication using their customer service.
Would be happy to use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Sad I had to give a star at all horrible company. I would have to say the absolute worst company I have dealt with in 47 years of being alive. If you want a product go elsewhere. Ordered May 3 still waiting has 3 to 5 days shipping.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. I think my shipment came in less than 48 hours to my door. Their prices are the lowest I can find anywhere. I had to send them an email on a return and I heard back quickly. I would highly recommend this company!
