Blowout Medical Avis 

I previously left a review that was a 2 star. I did get my supplies, in multiple shipments...but every item came. I have since reordered three times and it all arrived promptly. Sometimes the boxes may be a little crushed but the product is never damaged. That is all that I care about anyway! I will continue to reorder!!!

I wish I had read the reviews as well!!! I spent over a thousand dollars on medical supplies and it said shipped 4 days ago and that it take 24 hrs for the the tracking information to populate. When I click on the tracking number it says error. If my supplies are not going to come then I need to order from another company.

Blowout medical represents the worst of the worst. If I had read the reviews first I wouldn't have ordered, but I will share my experience to reinforce the facts.
Like the other reviewers, I placed an order from them and received something completely different. I made repeated attempts to contact them without response, but after about a week I included the threat of contacting my credit card and got a response after only 10 minutes. They told me the item I order had been discontinued and they had sent a substitute.
I knew I had ordered a discontinued item - their website said they had stock and the price was competitive. The substitute was not comparable, was half the value, and they refused (by silence) to take the items back.
After another week I had to make a chargeback claim with the cc company and only then did I receive a coherent email willing to accept a return.
Another reviewer stated that they were Allegro Medical, but I think they just use them for fullfillment. The company is registered in Wyoming to hide ownership, they use customer call services from India, and they are essentially just order skimmers, with no clue about the items they sell.
I ordered from them over 3 months ago, but they are still showing the items in stock which confirms that this is their business model - to sell items knowing that many will be fulfilled and to make returns as difficult as possible on the others so that many people will just give up on a refund or resolution.
These are the bottom feeders of the internet!

We had a horrible experience. We ordered something that was in stock. The next day we were told it was on back order. When it finally arrived it was not what we ordered. We were told what we ordered was not even made by the company. We would be able to return it and get our money back. The box it was delivered in was so badly damaged Fed Ex would not except it for return. We had to have a new box shipped which took 10 days. It sat on our porch for pickup for 6 days. We finally took it to the Fed Ex pickup. It was at the company the next morning but 3 days later still did not have our money returned. I had to call to ask when it would be returned. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was put on hold for 5 minutes then got discounted. I called again asking for a supervisor and was disconnected a second time. We did get our money back the next day.

Waited two weeks on a $700 order, and heard nothing.
But they took my money on day one. Did give me a refund when I cancelled the order.

I received a yellowed, broken & crushed box of bandaids with the bandaids loose in the main packaging, non FDA approved allergy meds, and face masks thinner than a plastic sheet protector - so thin that the breeze of an air conditioner could blow it away - and another package of bandaids that also had loose & yellowed/wavy wrapping on each bandaid, as if they had been wet. When I called immediately after placing the order to cancel it, the machine said that they were closed. This was a holiday weekend. I emailed right away & called first thing Monday and was told they would TRY to honor my cancellation of the entire order. They canceled one item then charged me the same amount for postage/shipping ($8 more) as if they had included that - the largest item. I disputed it with paypay, who got nowhere. I disputed it with my credit card company, but they didn't cooperate there either, they never admitted that I asked to cancel it. If I could give them a zero, I would. NOT WORTH 10 Cents on any $ 10 item they sell. I think they found this stuff at a garage sale or in a storage unit that had water damage, and had the packaging left outdoors & driven over...

After 3 weeks of repeated attempt to contact them with no meaningful replies, I was told they were canceling my order

Purchased two 5 liter ultrasound gel containers. Not only did it come on time (between 3-5 business days) it was also a lot cheaper than buying it through other competitors which included Amazon! We will be purchasing more things from Blowout Medical and highly recommend it.

Worst place ever. Placed an order with live person. Double checked twice she had right shipping info. Got e mail they sent to wrong address. Called them and asked how do we make this right? The solution I was given was to pay a 2nd time and wait for refund of their mistake. REALLY! I Know my address. And y is it your money is gone before you hang up but refund 3 to 5 days. What a racket. Don't Use Them!

I was reluctant to buy from Blowout Medical after reading all the negative reviews. But I tried them anyway. Great experience. Ordered over $50 of specific product. Cheaper than anywhere else by far. Received my exact order, with free shipping, in less than 72 hours. I’m very happy.

Do not buy from them. Very deceiving. I purchased about 10 bottles of lotion from them. The item that was on their website was not what they sent to me. I emailed them stating that I wanted the item from their website not the one that they sent me. The website shows a black bottle but they sent me a white bottle which has different formula. They stated that the manufacture said it's the same formula. They ask me to send them the picture of the item number which I did and then they proceeded to tell me that it should take 24 - 48 hours to verify. But you stated that the manufacture told you that it's the same so why need to verify? I told them I would like to return since it is false advertising and that I wanted the black ones and I do not care if it's the same "formula" or not. Told me they have to verify which takes 24-48 hours. If your customers want to return the item because of your website being wrong then you should let them and admit your mistake and not make customers wait. Going around and around with customers who did nothing wrong is not going keep customers from coming back.

One bad experience all around and to top it off they sent me an email two days before the arrival date stating a manufacturer backorder on something they showed as in stock. Canceled order - hopefully I'll get my money back...

I placed an order on 07/12/2021 Chlora-prep swap. They didn't say that this is backorder in any place. Now that I complain why my order it's taking more than 2 weeks to deliver. Then they said it's backorder until 09/15/2021. This company needs to be honest with their consumers.

I would give 0 stars if I could. These ppl took my money and never received product. Communication very poor. Item needed an Rx which I already knew and had it ready to ģo. Faxed 3 times and still say they didn't get it, but they had already charged me for the item. Bad business practices. And just fyi...blowout medical is the same as vitality medical. Sneaky!!! Beware!!

I tried to order an important item from this company because their website guaranteed the they wold send it out in three days. At the time I need this item in approximately 5 days, so this would have been perfect. When the day they said they would ship came and went and there was no indication that they had shipped, I tried to cancel the order. I actually went online and cancelled three times and tried to refuse delivery through their shipping company, but none of that worked. So I ended up paying for something I no longer had a need from. I would never use this company again.

I've placed two orders with this company so far and I forgot a tiny item on the last order and I asked if they would send it even though it wasn't part of the larger order because I forgot and would they please waive the $10 shipping fee. Nicole says no way we got to have our ten bucks. I'll be looking for another vendor because customer service is everything especially with repeat customers.

This company is horrible I placed an order Jan 26,2021 and have not received my order as of yet . I keep on emailing them to refund my $37.98 to me but they do not respond I will be contacting the Better Business Burea and my credit card company. Do not use this company.

We had several great orders from this company. Then I received a half order with an email saying the other part was backordered. Three times, same email and when I contacted them, they send me a picture of my product from another seller? I wont use them again, their lack of caring about their customers is a shame.

If I could give no stars I would. This place is a scam or at the very least their business practices are to "bait and switch". I ordered a Dale abdominal binder and after contacting them twice via "Live Chat" I finally received my order but it was the wrong binder - an inferior quality item. They never advised that my item was out of stock. I contacted them and they said they would replace the item with the correct one that I ordered. After 1 month since placing the order I received an email stating that my money was refunded because my item was out of stock. What a scam. DO NOT USE THEM. Get it from Amazon or another reputable company.

So far so good. I have never had an issue with Blowout Medical. Their prices are the best I have ever found for most items. Quality name brand original products. I love this place. If you like saving money on this is the place. Syringes, adhesive bandages, test strips they are the winner in best price and quick to ship. The items come from various locations. I am not sure how they do it but they are a quality find for my personal needs. I was surprised at the negative reviews I have zero complaints so far.
