Ordered a Nottingham Forest bottle of vodka for a birthday gift. Delivery stated 5 working days. Still not received after 10 days. Sent two emails requesting a refund. No reply to either. Disputed the transaction with my bank & got a refund through them the same day. These products sell on Amazon for next day delivery

I ordered a gin 2 weeks ago and was told delivery would be 1 week. Now, two weeks after, I haven’t heard anything from them. I can’t even track my order anywhere. I wrote them 3 mails and no response. The gin was supposed to be a wedding gift this Saturday… Very disappointing. I’m not sure I will even receive my order. I won’t recommend anyone using this shop.

Poor, poor customer service. Emailed, phoned and left message with no response. Order placed nearly 2 weeks ago and no delivery.

They don’t reply. I emailed and called urgently and nobody called me back. Also, order finally arrived and the badge on the bottle had dents in it. It’s embarrassing to give as a birthday gift now. Wouldn’t use again

Got a positive phone call from the company. They apologised, explained the situation and now I have my delivery. The way Bohemian Brands dealt with me personally was very professional, therefore I would be more than happy to use them again

My delivery arrived and I am very happy with it. There was some confusion about the delivery - caused (unintentionally) by me - but was contacted by email and by the owner himself by telephone and all was resolved. Amazing customer service, will definitely order from them again and feel terrible for putting everyone to so much trouble!

The logo is lovely!! Not a normal sticker but with a 3D effect. A perfect gift to my hubby, whom is a die-hard LFC fan :-)

Unfortunately the gift was delivered to the wrong address and I haven’t received it yet
