Ordered a bottle as birthday gift..followed tracking and it was delivered elsewhere!!! Contacted customer service and explained situation, they were excellent looking into it and keeping me updated at all times. New bottle was received and absolutely delighted with it and customer service. Would definitely shop here again and recommend.

Ordered a bottle of Vodka 13 days ago & still not received it . Tried the DHL track with no joy . Tried the Shop track with no joy . Tried emailing Bohemian with no response . Bottle was a birthday present which should have arrived in plenty of time , so we had to buy something else . Will be asking my credit card company to recharge the £44 at the end of the month . Please do not use this company

Ordered the Arsenal crystal set for a birthday present, stunning bottles and very safely packaged - thoroughly secured for transit. Ordered on the 15th July and received on 21st July, only downside is lack of communication. Never had a dispatch notification, just courier emails when they received them. Recommend the company though as there were no major issues and their products are amazing :)

This review is not for the product as I feel that's ok although the alcohol quality is average, the presentation is good, this review is for the shocking service provided from delivering the wrong product to ignoring emails, from breaking multiple promises for replacement schedules, to never rectifying the issue at all, I am now stuck with duplicate bottles of crystal Vodka whereas I had ordered the pewter gin, please don't make the mistake I've made, save your money and buy something that you know you will receive - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Disgraceful company service. Sent wrong bottle over 10 days late and then said they would send a replacement and never did

Ordered a big birthday gift, they sent the wrong item and would not make amends! Instructed me to call the recipient to ask if he had opened a gift!!! No help from ‘customer services’ at all. Poor show, won’t use again!!!

Not the best but got there in the end. Ordered some vodka, the decorative label was damaged and after three weeks of constant emails and fruitless phone calls to (I assume) agency receptionists they did manege to replace it. WE got there in the end but it was hard work!

It would seem that the bad reviews here all relate to delivery. I certainly couldn't fault the Vodka. It was exceptional! Delivery also wasn't a problem for me...

I received the rangers 55 vodka today, looks very good. I ordered it Wednesday and received it today (Saturday) very happy with the quick delivery! I was a bit skeptical on whether to order as the reviews weren’t great but I wouldn’t hesitate to order from here again. Also, good Valle for money in my opinion not too pricey.

Not sure why this company has such bad reviews. I had absolutely no problems. Ordered Chelsea Dark Berry Vodka. Received an email to confirm delivery and tracked via Royal Mail. Received within a week. Great, friendly customer service. Would gladly order again. Love the official limited edition football bottles. Perhaps a Chelsea FC Gin???????

I have been in constant contact & they appear to be doing there best to keep my money even though i asked them to cancel my order before it was dispatched. I was told it had been cancelled but it was still sent out to me. I had to refuse delivery when it came via the post. Rang them they said they needed to wait for comfirmation it has arrived back to them. But if i have had confirmation from them i’m getting im getting a refund its not my issue they need to take any issuse up with the post office. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEVES.

Received my Rangers 55 order yesterday. Yes it was later than expected but the owner rang me personally after i emailed them to explain the delay. Personally i think thats great customer service. Quality hand crafted product love the label too. Will be ordering again!

Placed order on 9 April 2021 and was assured it would be delivered in April 2021. Then received an email on 28 April 2021 advising that my order had been despatched. Contacted Bohemian Brands on 6 May 2021 and was advised that there had been a delay by the Royal Mail in uplifting my order and that it would be uplifted by 7 May 2021 and delivered the following week.

Shocking service.

Buyers beware as this is obviously not an isolated incident based on the other reviews.

Absolute shambles of a company. Ordered a bottle of champagne on the 3rd of April, it’s now the 5th of May and I still haven’t received it. On 3 separate accessions I’ve been promised someone from dispatch will contact me...... still waiting.

I’m only giving it one star because you can’t give zero stars!
So disappointed with this company, their lack of customer service meets new heights as far as I’m concerned. Paid for 2 bottles on 17th March 21 Delivery was 3-5 days and I am still waiting. I am unable to speak to anyone and they do not respond to emails or PM’s.
So frustrating as each bottle was for special birthday’s of which one has passed and the other is this weekend & will pass without being any further forward.
I understand there can be stock issues but they have never attempted to contact me directly to explain this so an agreement can be made or a refund arranged.
I am now in touch with Consumers in the hope of resolve.

Very very poor ordered the 55 Rangers vodka for a special birthday... well in advance... item was dispatched so they say over a week later no item, in contact told initially I would receive this ASAP and they would contact me the next day... after no contact from them I was told they were busy and I won’t get it to the following week, so basically been dispatched for 10 day... AVOID

Ordered a couple of items from them, over the Christmas weekend.

There was an issue with one order, so I did email them. It did correct so all was fine. They still acknowledged my email.

The items were delivered as advised, and promptly, and were minimally packaged, but sufficiently packaged.

Happy with the products and service.

I ordered a birthdaypresent for my husband over two weeks ago. I received a mail confirming my order and I could see that the money had been drawn from my account. After that I have heard nothing! I have tried to get in contact serveral times, but Bohemian brands haven’t answered any of my emails and haven’t returned any of my calls. I am angry and disappointed as I’m starting to suspect that I won’t get my gift or my money back! With this review I wan’t to warn others that is thinking about ordering from Bohemian brands. Don’t! This is my worst experience bying online!
