Bohemian Brands Avis 

I bought 2 Liverpool vodka bottles for a gift for my son. When it arrived it was packaged well and when I opened them I was surprised by the quality. I gave them to my son who was just as happy with them. Hopefully there is new bottles in the future. The only downside is now he won't open it to avoid ruining the bottle! Thank you.

I bought this for a charity auction in memory of a family friend, he was a massive Liverpool supporter and I thought it would be appropriate. This is the second bottle I’ve purchased (sparkly Chelsea bottle is incredible) the Pewter label is impressive and as always perfectly packed and delivery was prompt. Lots of interest in this bottle so hopefully raise plenty of money for the charity

Have not received items ordered.

Have not received any communication or any response from company despite repeated attempts to reach them.

My original delivery was delayed, however Bohemian Brands sorted the problem, changed my order and everything arrived on time

Excellent service. After I realised I had ordered a couple hours late for Christmas delivery the service team were excellent help and got it out within 24hours.

I ordered a football vodka for my son in law it was delivered within 2 days which was amazing so close to Christmas. So pleased with how it looks I hope it tastes good too. No complaints from me .

After reading the reviews we hesitated a little ordering the QPR gin as a Christmas present.
But as bohemian brands are the only retailer to sell it, we took our chances and we were not disappointed!
The bottle was in immaculate condition on arrival, it arrived within 7 days by Royal Mail and the bottle had protective packaging!
I guess others have been unlucky with the courier but by no means should that reflect the company itself.
We’ve had continuous updates as to where the package was and when it would be arriving, absolutely cannot fault. Would definitely order from here again!

Easy to order, delivery was really fast so happy with the quality. Bought as a gift for Christmas.

Never received the item, then Royal Mail advised it was sent back to Bohemian Brands.

I called up Bohemian Brands at least 50 times, no answer. Even after I left them about 6 voicemails!

I have emailed them countless times, no response also. THEN the item turns up smashed to pieces in a plastic bag. Clearly it was poorly packaged and Royal Mail must have smashed it in transit.

Still have not heard back from Bohemian Brands regarding a replacement or a refund!!

I saw bad reviews before purchasing from here but it was the only place that sold what I was after for a friend. However, I wish I trusted the reviews and did not purchase from here.

Poor/Non-Existent customer service. If something goes wrong, forget about it - kiss your money goodbye.

Great box with the vodka and was delivered when said it would be.Definetly use again

Bottle was a gift for someone leaving and they loved it.
It made them feel special, as it was not just a standard bottle of spirit off the shelves.

I've got two bottles now the Chelsea blue & the yellow At this moment they sit in my JT Museum with all the memorabilia.
Haven't tried the taste yet, the ordering was very easy ; delivery was quick

Item has not been received?? 3 emails sent and No reply!?

The box was broken and my attempts to contact the company have failed. Phone number never answered and email ignored. I won’t be buying again unless they send me a new outer box
