I'd worked with Carnets before but never arranged myself
Simple clear instructions, and helpful telephone conversations
My only gripe was that after checking on the phone twice, and getting slightly different quotes the end invoice was different and higher again. But no time to discuss it.

Application was easy to follow. I did have to call with a query. Call answered by rep in the USA, but call was transferred to UK, both reps very helpful. Email communication was also good.
