Complete protection for the bumper which fits snugly under my boot liner and is easy to flip out when required, good quality fabric which is easily wiped clean. Would definitely recommend.

We are mucky wet and stink
Hi, I’m Jack Jack Russell and my half sister is Elsie the Fox Red Labrador. Our human bought a new car so that we would have more room in the boot. He ordered a big black thing that fitted snuggle into his boot. It’s nice and shiny and black it’s waterproof. when we finish playing in the river and rolling in the mud and whatever other nasty things we can find to roll in. Human dad just let us jump in the car and the next day he just hoovers the dried mess and gives a wipe so that it’s clean and fresh for our next adventure. It’s brilliant and we think the human like it as well!!!!!

Best bit of kit I ever bought for the dogs
I love, love, love this boot liner. Perfectly fits our vehicle, is sturdy, and quality made. I was very hesitant to purchase for fear of it not fitting but the friendly and knowledgeable sales team talked me through the whole process and all the customisation options. My only complaint is that they didn’t have a dog guard to fit my vehicle. What a wild thing to say that my only complaint is that I couldn’t buy more!

Happy despite some hick-ups during delivery
After 4 weeks of placing my order I still did not get it due to a customs clearance issue, not due to the supplier. I recognize the efforts of the customer service department who are doing the utmost to get this solved and who provided me with regular information. Very professional. In the meanwhile my order was received in perfect condition.

This is my third Boot Buddy purchase…
This is my third Boot Buddy purchase across three different cars, and I have always been very happy to recommend the brand. Unfortunately, this time I have been extremely disappointed with the quality and fit.
Before ordering, I contacted Boot Buddy for advice on which products were suitable for my car and provided photographs to help with the selection. Despite this, neither the boot liner nor the guard fits properly. The overall finish looks cheap and feels noticeably lower quality than my previous Boot Buddy products.
The guard also constantly squeaks while I am driving, which is incredibly frustrating. I contacted Boot Buddy about the fit and sent photographs, but was told that I had the correct product for my car and that this was simply how it should look.
Also the mat is too big for the boot so my boot does not close without me folding the mat up.
I was not offered a return simply told it is the correct one for my car.
Given my previous positive experiences with Boot Buddy, this has been particularly disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not purchase from them again and will be looking elsewhere for a better-quality alternative.

As a returning customer who has purchased Boot Buddy products for three different cars, we genuinely appreciate your previous support and recommendations. We understand, therefore, why this experience has been particularly frustrating.
We have reviewed the concerns you raised, including the photographs provided, and can confirm that the boot liner and guard supplied are the correct products for your vehicle. We are sorry that you feel dissatisfied with the quality. We would always advise that a customer is free to return an item they feel unhappy with for any reason such as quality but it must be in original condition to do so and returned within 14 days. Since you have not returned any products we assume that you decided to keep them all in the end.
The guard should not squeak or rattle when fitted correctly so we are unsure as to why you are having this issue. We would advise ensuring that the straps are tightened as much as possible and the headrests positioned so that the guard has plenty of support.
Again, we are very sorry that the products did not meet your expectations on this occasion and we will use your feedback to improve where possible.

Deluxe Bumper Guard
Bought a Deluxe Bumper Guard for my Renault 5 e-tech after being disappointed with the cheaper version purchased from Amazon. This is so much better, thicker, longer and well made. Being specific to the car, it fits over the boot hatch fully and attaches to a lip of carpet in the boot - the Amazon one was much wider in the Velcro attachment which then reduced the drop outside the car. Speedy service and delivered promptly after manufacture. Would highly recommend.
