Complete protection for the bumper which fits snugly under my boot liner and is easy to flip out when required, good quality fabric which is easily wiped clean. Would definitely recommend.

I have just put my boot buddy in my XC 40
I have just put my boot buddy in my XC40, it looks like it had grown there. I had the pet bedding and the Bumber protection with the deluxe finishes and it looks absolutely great. My Labrador has just jumped in and nothing moved even the bedding stayed put. Easy to fit and install. It's not often you can say this now, but it's well worth the price.

Great after-care
Great after-care, when a couple of bits were lost by a valeting company, enormously responsive to my phone call and immensely prompt with replacements. I was extremely grateful and made a charitable donation as they did not charge for the two small but vital parts.

Boot Buddy shape warps after few months of use.
I purchased the Boot Buddy for my 2019 Audi A4 Avant, but I’ve been disappointed with the quality given its premium price. After just four months of normal use, the right-hand side warped, causing the popper studs to continually come undone. This created a gap that trapped a significant amount of dog hair behind the protector, defeating one of its primary purposes. This is actually the second time I’ve purchased this product and experienced the same issue. I had hoped the first occurrence was simply bad luck, but having encountered the identical fault again, I have to conclude that it is a design or manufacturing weakness rather than an isolated defect. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I can’t recommend the product.

From ordering to delivery was all very smooth and within the time specified. The product was the correct fit for my car and it stays upright and in place, compared with the fabric and similar material that other products are made of. The instructions are concise but clear and very useful. It was easy to put together and I am pleased with it.

Excellent product
During initial contact the staff were very helpful even sending me pictures of a completed installation to co firm it would fit my car. The product was easy to build and install. If I had any criticism it would be the velcro which has come loose and will need replaced soon. The dog guard is excellent in combination with the boot guard. The product is robust and I expect it to last as lo g as I have the car

Item does not fit
Unfortunately, I have been away & therefore not able to contact you in the timeframe required before returning goods. I have now fitted my supposed ‘made to measure’ boot liner for my new 1 Series BMW. The sides are at least an inch too high, as is the seat back part. Due to this, the boot light is completely covered. The split seat top stands over an inch too high as well & does not fit flush to the split. Considering the price you charge, I think this is appalling.

Second Purchase of Boot Buddy
I purchased a Boot Buddy for my Mitsubishi Outlander in 2022 and have been totally satisfied with the quality and durability of the product. In March I decided to buy a new MG6S, which is a relatively new car to the UK market.
I had no hesitation in approaching the company for a new Boot Buddy as they are customized for the individual car model.
At the point of initial contact Boot Buddy did not have the specifications of my vehicle but they did have one booked in for measure up on 13th May. By close of play on the 13th the new model was available via their website.
I had some questions to ask and I opted to use their WhatsApp contact facility and received great customer service by both Lucy and Christel. I ordered 5 products which turned up within 2 days and all fitted perfectly in my new MG.
Thank you for the great service and anyone considering buying one - you can’t go wrong. I have tried cheaper versions of bootliners in the past but they failed to impress.
