Couldn't ask for more dedicated customer care than Stuart at the Chester branch who has rescued my trip to France by posting out a replacement charger for my hearing aids so promptly and in his own time.
Don't have a local hearing-care branch where I live so couldn't have managed any other way. Fabulous! Thank you so much !

I have recently had occasion to meet Grace, the audiologist at Boots the Chemist in Chester to discuss a hearing deficiency and I am delighted with the outcome. Grace is both intelligent and knowledgeable with a caring and patient demeanour. After a thorough examination Grace went to great lengths to explain the results and guide me through the various hearing aid solutions best suited to my condition. I was always seen on time by friendly, helpful staff and they advised me of my options for improving my hearing. The only issue I had was one of my original hearing aids appeared to have a problem. This was quickly rectified with a new pair of aids that appear to be working fine.

I had a problem with my hearing aids and was told by the call centre to drop them off at my local Boots hearing care in Chester. I was treated with respect and fully informed what the hearing test would involve. My questions were full answered and the type of hearing aid most suitable and why. I was allowed to walk around the store with a sample pair to see if I could cope with the changes in hearing and intonation. The change was amazing and I felt fully connected with my surroundings.
