Really helpful staff
Really helpful staff, put my mum at ease. Mums 87yrs was not looking forward to the experience at all. Richard a fine audiologist in the making, took time to explain what was happening with care and compassion. The outcome a new mum and granny with a new least for life now she can hear us. Well done Richard and Boots.

Friendly, professional expertise.
I have had two appointments, so far, with Rebecca. On both occasions I felt that I was being dealt with by a professional, who wanted to accurately assess my hearing loss and provide the most appropriate solution. I haven`t felt under pressure, and feel that I am being well looked after. The appointments are a very enjoyable experience.
