She noticed immediately that I was a little anxious and ensured that I was happy at each stage of the appointment by explaining what she was doing and why it was necessary.

Full Hearing test and hearing aid trial
The actual appointment, once it wasn't cancelled, was very good, thank you. I am, however, slightly concerned about the fact that I seem to receive letters from you about how you are looking forward to meeting me two days after the appointments were scheduled. Please go and wake up your admin person, lol

I saw Oliver at Christchurch Dorset. I found him extremely polite and professional. This was my first hearing test and he explained the whole procedure and made me feel relaxed as I was slightly nervous.

Very friendly and welcoming staff
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Gary went the extra mile when dealing with me, I tried different types of aids until we found the correct ones for me. It’s never a problem to go and get them readjusted or if I need help or extra information. Well done Boots Hearing

Best experience of hearing centre.…
I have had Two visits to this extraordinarily good hearing centre for my hearing problem, and i was met by the very best of professionalism from the team members. I also brought my wife here for a hearing test, who is disabled due to a stroke. The care and patience shown by Sam and Oliver towards her was exemplary, as was their expertise. We were treated so well, far beyond our expectations. The centre itself is warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Oh, and i now have my hearing back, thank you so much.
