Perfect Service …
I received great service from the hearing specialist at Colchester City Boots who talked to me about what improvements my new “buddies” would make to my hearing. Having worked in a metal stamping Press Shop for 43 years I knew that my tinnitus would not be cured but my hearing could be improved by these additions. I can now hear birds chirping outside and floorboards creaking indoors unlike before! The only drawback, at the moment is earwax removal and tracking down replacement ear buds.

It was the best hearing examination I have had. Everything was explained very clearly to me and the lady was extremely pleasant and helpful. Have been to hospital to get hearing aids and they never explained anything to me. I am very pleased so far with boots hearing experience.
