Canceled Multiple times
My grandmother booked hearing check which has now been canceled 3 times in 3 weeks. The 2nd and 3rd appointment was booked by boots in fakenham themselves, only to also be canceled which begs the question why. I understand that this branch has not long been open. In my opinion they should close it as they are a complete waste of space. Lady we spoke to was very unhelpful and quite rude. Terrible place. Terrible customer service. Deserves negative star rating.

I visited Katrina today and as usual she was extremely efficient, punctual, and helpful. She checked my ears, changed filters and domes in my hearing aids and adjusted them to reduce the "wind" noise I have when walking. I also discussed with her my mother in laws hearing and my husbands lack of hearing so do hope she gets at least one new customer from my visit, she certainly deserves it!!
Very easygoing
Boots hearing care cancel 97% of my appointments
Boots hearing care have made five appointment for me and of those they have cancelled all but one. I have now been waiting three months for a FHA. Unfortunately they are the only providers for 30 miles.
I did as Boots Hearing suggested and sent them on Friday my contact details, to date they have not responded. I'm left with the impression that their response to my review was an automatic response - note that others who have posted negative reviews received an identical response – that is designed to mitigate any damage from negative reviews rather than a serious attempt at addressing a problem.
Boots just informed me that my appointment for today has been cancelled. That means that out of six appointments they have managed to honour one.
