Not great
Had 1 initial 15 minute consultation. After that, I was booked in and cancelled on 3 times. Not exactly what I wanted. I get better from the NHS!

Excellent customer service backed up with good technical advice and a caring, helpful attitude. Expensive Yes but worth every penny!

Exceptional care
I have a slightly weird case and the audiologist is going above a beyond to make sure everything is perfect. They are providing truly excellent patient centred care and they seem like they are always happy to help. I couldn’t recommend them more !
It’s not just a case of them trying to sell you a hearing aid, they provide aftercare and even replacement pieces if they get accidentally broken. They also have reviews to make sure that the sound is perfect and make little tweaks.
The audiologist Is very knowledgeable and helps get the best value out of them
Everything sounds different
I was given a thorough hearing test that lasted about 1.25 hours. The audiologist explained to me that my hearing loss was severe for sounds at the higher pitches. I had been aware of not hearing high pitches for some time, although generally it did not worry me. After trying a hearing aid during the test, I realised how much I was missing, and decided to invest in hearing aids, which I am now wearing. I was given excellent instruction on the use of the aids, and was told that through later appointments, the aids would gradually be adjusted to match my requirements.
The whole experience was excellent. I would recommend it to others.
