Boots Hearingcare - Hempstead Valley (World Of Hearing) Avis 

I was delayed due to a crash on the M2 - the staff were incredibly understanding and flexible . The test itself was a good mix of technical and practical advice. The audiologist was very professional but at the same time easy to talk to and happy to answer questions. I would definitely recommend.

After a thorough hearing test, it was explained that my hearing was progressively getting worse so the audiologist explained that it was time to consider having hearing aids. Kechi ran though the different types and differences between them. I felt that she explained them very well and a decision was made. 1 week later I have now started to wear them and I’m gradually starting to get use to hearing things much clearer.
Hopefully I will get used to this and will improve my quality of life.

I had an appointment at Hempstead Valley with Sean on 4th Oct 24 for my annual hearing aid checks.
I would like to say Sean was exceptionally polite, professional and very attentive. He spent a long time ensuring that my aids were correctly set up and the final result was that I can now hear better than I have for some time. The fit is really comfortable and the fact that, that evening, I was at a function where it was quite loud but I was able to listen to conversations around the table quite comfortably.

Sean at Boots Hearing Care in the Sava Centre was so very helpful with everything from the hearing test, showing me my results which he went over everything explaining all the results. Made it very clear what I could and couldn’t hear. He allowed me to hear through hearing aids he adjusted to my prescription which was so wonderful to hear the parts I am missing. He really did a grand job hence the reason I am buying the hearing aids from Boots.
