I was made to feel completely comfortable soon as I walked in, I was seen by Andy who explained everything as he went along, I never felt pressured at all with my choice of hearing aids he just explained everything about them but it was my choice in the end.

I went for eye test Wednesday 6.5.26 at Boots Opticians Clayton Square Liverpool.

The Service is Excellent from the Staff they are very Kind and Patient with All the Customers every Generation and Culture Young and Old Credit were Credit is due.

Mr Atif Ophthalmic Optician gives an Outstanding Eye Test throughout and l Believe and Trust him Impeccably as each time I have had eye test from him.

He is Honest and Very patient and a Very Humble Human being he tells you the Truth about your eyes they matter.

From my first appointment for a hearing check I've experienced great service. I have been told more from the staff than I have ever been told about the cause of my hearing deficit.
Though I have only had my aid for a short time, it has made me realise just how bad my hearing has been.
I haven't said 'what or pardon' since getting it.

The testing was very thorough. Everything was explained. A pair of hearing aids were programmed to my results and I was allowed to walk about to check they worked then the options explained.

Tests carried out and explained as they progressed. Alternative levels of capability of aids, consideration of environments where they will be utilised and costs of each level were discussed with pros and cons.
