Boots Hearingcare - Manchester Avis 26

Yesterday I had my annual review with Amina Begum at the Market street Manchester branch. Amina was amazingly thorough, explained the results fully and very clearly and was polite and friendly. She also discovered why I had recently been having issues with my right ear: A hearing aid dome had come away and was lodged in my ear. I was totally oblivious of this, other than the discomfort. She carefully removed it with no issues. She went through factors behind my gradual hearing failure in my left ear and re programmed both my aids to compensate, as well as writing to my GP for further investigation of the hearing loss.
I can't praise Amina enough for her work and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Boots to any friends with hearing difficulties.

Dominique is a brilliant Audiologist. She is understanding n caring. Giving advice. I can't a wait n have new hearing aids fitted.

Amina is an excellent audiologist and a very personable individual. She explains everything very patiently and very clearly. She is also happy to be contacted by email and gets straight back, even phoning sometimes. She is definitely the audiologist to see of the team at Boots Manchester.
