I had a great experience at Boots Hearingcare in Nottingham Victoria Centre. The staff were knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process, from the initial hearing test to selecting the right aids with helpful advice. They provided patient and caring service, with an interest-free payment option which made things easier. I was also impressed with their support in fixing my mum’s charger issue by lending us one in the meantime. Overall, a thorough and empathetic service, making a positive impact on our daily lives.

She explained everything, from the hearing test through to operating and using the hearing aids, in a clear and comprehensive manner. The person who I had the appointment with was friendly and talked me through all my options, instructed me on how to use the app with ease, very understanding on how deaf I am without my hearing aids, so I didn't feel silly when I could hear her when I had to take them out.

I knew my hearing was deteriorating as I had been tested at Boots a few times over the last few years . When I was unable to hear the TV at normal volume and I was missing out on conversation- I booked in for another check. Annette did the test and referred me to Salma for a full investigation. She explained everything very clearly and gave me options for aids , without any pressure to buy. I selected what seemed best with her advice, and returned a couple of weeks later for my fitting. Carolina was extremely helpful and caring. I opted for interest free payment , which spread the cost nicely - and Carolina was very patient with me as I added on to my order a TV booster. All round excellent service and great product. And I can hear the TV normally now .
