Went along with my mum for an hearing test and to discuss the possibility of rechargeable hearing aids .From the moment that Fez introduced himself and began explaining what was going to happen during the test we felt at ease . Fez was very clear ,patience with my mum when explaining about her test results and what Boots could offer to help her .

I had the short hearing test and the longer hearing test and I decided to buy the hearing aids, as the tests showed that I had some hearing loss in certain areas. It was good to see the results on a graph. I am still not sure whether I will keep the hearing aids after 90 days. I accept the results of the tests but I am still evaluating whether the hearing aids improve my hearing sufficiently.

The person who I dealt with was just excellent. He convinced me that the hearing aids he was proposing did actually improve my hearing also by clearing my ear was a massive boost in not having to make an appointment with my GP

It was so easy to book a free hearing test for an instore checkup. I went on Friday 31st July. Very professional service & was recommended to have appointment with audiologist as hearing was reduced. I was given information about hearing aids to read through ahead of next appointment.
I saw the audiologist 3 days later on Mon 3rd Aug & on further testing it was recommended I needed hearing aids. I was given a pair of hearing aids to try while I was in the store. He asked me to go for a walk around for 10 minutes to see how I got on with them. On returning to him I said how good they was and how much clearer I could already hear.
They had the hearing aids in stock & i came away with them fitted the same day. I already have my follow up appointment booked.
The service was fabulous & would highly recommend Boots for your hearing tests as the staff are so lovely and they give 100% service.

Good service

I booked in for the complimentary hearing test after receiving the details in the post. I was assessed quickly and then informed there was a need for hearing aids, which was quite a shock since I am only 55. I had noticed issues in busy places and in the office, but had dismissed there being any real issue. After a full assessment I went ahead with the phonak hearing aids, which are so discreet and easy to wear. Sebin George was excellent and clearly explained everything throughout. I’m very glad I took the steps to be tested and to use Boots, St Albans. Thank you.

The staff that dealt with me through my whole experience were professional, had a customer first approach, honest and very helpfull.

I updated my hearing aid earlier this week at the St Albans branch of Boots. The advice and assistance I received from Mohammed Hashim and Fazeel Talib was totally professional in every way - knowledgeable, patient, clearly articulated, helpful and good humoured.

I took my elderly father to boots hearing care, and they were very helpful and patient. My father is a little intimidated by technology, but the staff were really good at putting his mind at ease. The hearing aids they selected have made a real difference in his quality of life.

The service was great. Unfortunately when I placed my order the product was not available as my particular choice is not in stock and would arrive in 7-10 days. As I was leaving the country before the goods arrive I am left without knowing when I will take possession of my purchase.

It is quite upsetting to be told for the first time that you are losing your hearing but the experts at Boots were so kind they made me feel confident that I was in good hands. I left with a hearing aid and I am amazed at the difference! It was tuned and retuned until I was happy with it and in the end I began to feel at ease wearing it. I was impressed by the thoroughness of the testing and the result. Admittedly I had been told to expect the best. I was offered top of the range and was expecting that. The solution was so good that I was not interested in a cheaper offer. The young man doing the testing was very impressive.
