It's really good this day and age to find a company that actually takes care and pride in it's service.

Professional and excellent service
Professional and calm approach to explaining the test arrangements and also interpretation of the results. Demo of the benefits of the hearing aid adjusted to my personal settings was very effective. Clear details on the models available and pricing was given. Thank you for such good service and advice
