Really friendly and knowledgeable audiologist, Jayna, explained everything clearly throughout the appointment. Showed how the tests identified the issues with my hearing and sorted the best support for me moving forward. Very happy with the service.

Excellent professional appointment
The booking of appointment was easy but but was a six week + wait.
The appointment at Sutton Coldfield with Kuldeep was thorough, informative and professional and very patient. I cannot commend her enough.
The Hearing aid suggested and provided seem ,after a day or two, meet my requirements but it’s early days and I am sure any ‘fine tuning’ Will not be a problem.
