This website is full of crap. What they advertise on their website is NOTHING close to what you actually receive. Like others I will NEVER order anything off Facebook again. Major lesson learned. I was lucky enough to get my money back from my credit card company but the jack holes are still emailing me asking me to send the item back. Disgusting communist pigs. They have now taken down their website.

This is a complete SCAM! I ordered mine in April and still have not received the order (3 months). Multiple emails and no refund. I was able to dispute with my bank before the statutory limit. Reported to Facebook and they did not take them down. DO NOT BUY from them.

Do not waste your money on them. Just like the other reviews I'm reading here, I purchased the leaner. It is NOT full sized like you see in the Instagram ad or on their site. It's about 18" long and fits in your mailbox. Trying to get this resolved via their customer service wasn't possible. Their "30 day money back guarantee" and "no questions asked" return policy are complete bullsh*t. Do not spend your money with them.

Such a piece of sh**. Order took 3 months to fulfill because it’s shipping from China not the USA like the website states.
Not to mention the product fit in my mailbox, a flimsy piece of plywood. Not the sign the size of a full fireplace and grown man they show in the website.

DO NOT buy from this site!! I waited 2 months, paid $46+ for a leaner Home sign that is 18” tall. If you look at the add for it, it is the height of a very large fireplace!! Fraudulent is an understatement!!

put an item in a cart months ago and then decided against it. I have gotten an email from them every few days letting me know I have an item in my cart. I have tried to emty the cart at least 10 times and they keep sending me emails. I tried to block them but the emails keep coming. I emailed customer service a few times and there is no phone number to speak to someone and they keep telling em they can not empty my cart to stop the emails. what can we do?

What a ripoff. I ordered one of the interchangeable door signs on April 16th. It didn't arrive until June 14th and when it did arrive it was damaged. I reached out to their customer service and I was offered a 10% refund. After a 2 month wait and a damaged product, I requested a full refund or a replacement. Nope. Overall, I wish I had looked for something similar on Etsy and supported a small business. Seriously, BUYER BEWARE.

Finally got my leaner sign with the interchangeable holiday pieces and the quality is so cheap. It is only 2 feet tall very thin cardboard like material (Dollar Tree Quality) and very disappointing for what I paid for it. BYER BEWARE!!!!

Absolutely terrible experience. I should have read reviews beforehand. Took almost 30 days to arrive no tracking information and all the customer service people said was be patient. When I finally received it was smaller them described and just a then piece of paper wood, definitely not able to stand up to weather. I contacted them and pointed out their Guarantee and they said I could give it as a gift and if I wanted to return it it would be 20 plus dollars. Never buy from them.

All I can say is I wish I had read reviews before ordering. I got suckered into an add on social media... I bought a door sign for my MIL for Mothers Day... ordered it on April 16, was shipped on April 25 and after May 8th, there is no tracking information. I've had the same *lack of* customer service experience as everyone else... when I ask for more info, all the tell me it's in transit and there is nothing they can do. Cannot refund without the product and they cannot locate my item. Will be disputing the charge with my credit card company but I doubt there is much that can be done. I will always review before purchasing anything from now on.
Edit: FINALLY received the item... came damaged and looking nothing like was advertised. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a “Home” door greeting sign in the beginning of March... still haven’t gotten it. Upon email the company I keep getting the same copy and pasted response just signed a new name every time. Refuse to give a refund stating my item is “in transit” yet has had no tracking since 3/15/2021. Wound up having to dispute with my credit card company. STAY AWAY!!

I emailed a few days prior to Mother’s Day asking for an update...was basically told to just wait. May 30th it arrived and it’s NOTHING like the video/pictures on website. Do NOT wasted your money!!

I purchased the interchange door hanger for Mother’s Day. Took 3 weeks to even FULFILL the order. After 7 days I emailed and asked when it’ll arrive they said oh well I don’t know what to tell you. I had included my order number and info and they got my order wrong saying I bought a pumice stone! I stated honestly literally 20 emails saying to cancel the order and refund me. They refused outright to cancel and refund me they sent the same 3 emails to me with NOTHING useful at all. Then all of a sudden once the order was fulfilled yesterday they send me an email saying if I wished to cancel I could contact them. They are all horrible people with horrendous customer service skills and not to mention the products are truly garbage. I don’t know how they sleep at night knowing they’re taking a young woman’s money to buy a Mother’s Day gift and now have to deal with this situation for 4 weeks at this point. DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH THEM!

If it was possible to leave a negative review it would be more fitting than 1 star. Absolute scam like all the other reviews here. I bought a 100000 to 300000 lumens flashlight as I work in the emergency services. What I received was a piece of absolute junk. Onve contacted I was met with nothing but crap, where the offer of return was met with "can you not gift the item to a friend" and offers of refund starting at 5% up to an amazing one time offer of 50%. I insisted on them providing a return address to a UK warehouse specified on their website to be given an obviously vague Chinese address with distances contained. AVOID AVOID AVOID. its my own fault for thinking it was too good an offer to refuse. I now know that it was. Utter scam.
