This is really a scam I ordered the bigger flashlight and got the smaller one and now no one can get ahold of the company at all and it's bs so now I'm out the money that I spent for the 100,000 to 300,000 lumans flashlight

I ordered a product on 10/31/2020. It "shipped" out on 11/1/2020 and tracking had it leaving on on airline 11/15. The tracking on 17track.net has not updated since, but they keep telling me to wait, the pandemic has delayed. I have emailed them 16 times telling them the tracking has not updated, the package is lost and i want my money back. But they keep telling me to wait...total BS.

SCAMMERS. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM

I ordered the super bright 18 LED $59 flashlight and got the single LED $29 light.

They refuse to refund my money and send me a return shipping label, or reimburse the difference in price.

Keep offering some smaller refund of 10% or 20%, meaning they will have scammed me for more money then what I received.

If I known that this company sucked I would never bought a flashlight from them I'm still waiting since late October because they charge my card I'm still waiting for a flashlight and they keep telling me that it's in transit in transit where's it coming from where is it I have a tracking order that's that doesn't work they keep telling me wait 3 to 5 days and try it again, I waited a month and a half I don't feel so bad now I've read most of your comments this is ridiculous I'm never going to buy anything from this company ever again once this flashlight comes

I thought I was buying a 300,000 lume flashlight, only to get get some cheap plastic one. I reached out to the company and we have been playing games through emails. So they want me to send a flash light back to china to a fake address- which is more then half the price of the flashlight. I tryed to reason with them and receive 50% back, no luck..

The scumbags are lucky there not local to me or I’d ram the torch up there a**e stay well away from theses RATS. And google are just as bad for letting these still stay on site they should just banned all sales from China and there worth nothing just like everything else from china madly built and crap materials

Do not buy from this company. They sent me the wrong flashlight and it came with a 220V plug!!! They won't send me the correct one. This is one corespondence with them. A complete scam!

The scam this site, a/k/a Keidson, is running is very widespread and somewhat sophisticated. They are trading under several names, but "Keidson", "bowwmalli.com", "babymlove.com", "monnmalli.com", "tomysweids.com", "nihoxe.com", "facethree.shop" appear to be more prevalent. They advertise certain brand products that may have a retail price of $50 to $500+ dollars at an attractive discount, then, 4-12+ weeks later, ship a completely different product to show a tracking number delivery. Examples range from people buying appliances and being shipped little plastic toys to just garbage being placed in the parcel. I think they intentionally delay the shipments (despite customers paying for expedited shipping) hoping customers forget about their order and to get past the statutory dispute periods on many credit/debit cards policies. The merchant has exploited a process loophole in PayPal's fraud resolution procedure - when the order is disputed by the customer, Keidson provides the tracking number as "proof" it was delivered. It seems like PayPal's resolution specialists don't look at the photos of the contents of the parcels compared to the actual items ordered.
Requests to the merchant to send the correct product, issue a refund, or provide a means to return the incorrect items sent are met with only template responses that do not in any way answer the questions or concerns posed - the responses are all generic. All inquiries seem to receive a delayed response of 5-10 different templates offering anywhere from 5% to 50% refund in exchange for keeping the product - none references anything about the issue or anything specific about the order. I think they have a bot auto-responder on a timer and not even a real customer service person reading the email.
Regardless of the template, all of the responses say something along the lines of it costs a bunch of money to ship it back to China which often exceeds the dollar value of the order and the customer is responsible for the shipping and also risk for the product in return transit - they request the customer "keep it or give it away as a gift" in exchange for a nominal credit. They ship from a U.S warehouse in California, but demand the product be returned to China (not even a real address in China) at the customer's expense. The email addresses used are all Chinese webmail providers and not a URL of the actual company. There is no phone number to reach them and the US warehouse address is a third-party Chinese fulfillment center that handles import/export orders.

Take a look at the hundreds of examples in the PayPal Community threads. Google searches will reveal thousands of consumers being scammed (many using PayPal as the means of payment). This appears to be happening to PayPal customers in Europe as well. Some U.S. consumers are even alleging certain front-line employees at PayPal may be in on scam which is why the dispute resolutions are not working and the wide-spread scammer is not being shutdown.

This represents both a SIGNIFICANT LEGAL AND REPUTATIONAL RISK FOR PAYPAL.

I bought this flashlight from them expecting to receive what they were showing in the pictures. I received a broken plastic pathetic excuse for a flashlight that wouldn't even turn on. They said the best they could do would be a 20% refund on a $60 purchase

As everybody else on here total bait and switch received five dollar flashlight refused to refund 15 emails back-and-forth like talking to a brick wall of course as expected. I bought two of them and paid VIP shipping $129.97 boy did I get screwed. Now they want to offer 50% refund for a $5 flashlight or I have to pay for return shipping. Please do not buy from this crooked company.

I was sent the wrong torch, just like others on this site. I even sent them the PayPal receipt which stated exactly what I purchased. They said if I returned it would cost between 10 - 15 $USD, but freight charges on PayPal was $5:95 USD. The torch I have is a cheap crap, they will not acknowledge wrong one was sent and do the right thing and send what I ordered. I have sent all info to PayPal and Australian Securities, these people need to be looked at for fraudulent deals and prosecuted. Did everyone notice on their delivery docket it was from PO Box 6431 Alexandria Hills NSW PC 1435 If I lived there I know where I would be. Please report your scam to who ever you bank with and the the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission

Just like everyone else here... I bought the "worlds brightest 100 000 lumen flashlight" and received an absolute piece of dollar store garbage...

flash light is a total scam like most of the things these scammers sell nothing like what they advertise biggest scam artist on the net stay away

Went back to FB, found many similar circumstances.

Scam scam scam. Bought 2 lights that look like I got them at the dollar store. No way to contact them. The one email address I have they won't respond. Please don't fall for this.
