Breeze House Avis 

We had our Garden Nook/ Reading Room installed last Friday. It is absolutely perfect for our needs. The quality of the building and each component is excellent. The installers were very prompt, friendly and efficient.

Every stage of the journey was brilliant, from the wonderful sales support at Millets Garden Centre to the polite and efficient delivery and installation crew. The quality and craftsmanship of the building are incredible. Helpful, professional, and accommodating throughout. 10/10

What an amazing product, with exceptional staff from start to finish. We were breezing by the Cheltenham garden centre, and saw them from the road. We had no intention of buying one, but popped in for a looksee. What gorgeous buildings! Fantastic design, sturdy, stylish and beautifully appointed. We were in. Cathy was so helpful and easy to chat to. We returned a few days later, made the decision and got very excited, Amber has also been so professional and Aaron and Calum did a brilliant job constructing the Breeze House and giving us so much more information with friendly focus on the job in hand. It was christened last night with 4 friends and huge G and Ts, now we’re sitting in it, lunchtime the next day and it’s chucking down. We’ve had our breakfast here, warm and bright, our morning coffee, overcast and friends are coming over tonight for a 3 course with wine. Family and more friends over the weekend and as my son in law quipped after the umpteenth photo, ‘are you actually sleeping there too?’ We’re thinking about it…

I could not fault the service and product from Breeze House from initial discussions with a garden centre based sales person who was knowledgeable non pushy through to delivery and erection by a crew that had set off a 4.00am delivered on site exactly on time, courteous, grateful for refreshments and quick. The product is excellent, no issues and immediate sales aftercare follow up to check all ok. Don't usually recommend anyone but here I'd make an exception.

The roof was replaced quickly and all the old roof disposed of and the area left clean and tidy.

The whole process from visiting the site at the Badminton flower show, to placing the order, visiting the factory where the product is made through to installation was a totally stress free and a pleasure dealing with all the staff involved

Following the installation of our Savannah Breeze House, we ordered a glass top for our table. The guys who delivered rang when they were about 10 mins away, both were very friendly, polite and professional - the glass top was unwrapped and placed in place on top of the table - it looks fabulous. We purchased our Savanah Breeze House at the RHS Sandringham flower show from Kathy, who was very helpful and not at all pushy.
We had previously owned an Oasis, and have been very satisfied and are currently overhauling it.
The staff in all the Breeze House department's have been a pleasure to deal with, nothing is too much trouble.

From our first chat with Sara Jarvis at Buckingham Garden Centre, every step of this purchase and build has been easy. Sara is so well informed about every aspect of the Breeze House collection and helped steer us through the various options with no pressure.
Our Savannah was expertly installed by Arran and Sam who couldn’t have been nicer, as well as extremely capable and professional. It was also installed within three weeks of ordering which was an unexpected bonus. The house is perfect, very high quality which we are looking forward to making great use of in the years to come. We even received a call from Amber the day after installation to confirm everything was in order.

The Savannah gazebo is an excellent product and the back office and installation staff were accomodating, friendly, and professional.

My Breeze House which I purchased last Autumn has proved to be a wonderful addition to my garden. The recent addition of side panels and a glass door has surpassed my expectations and given me a building I can fully enjoy year-round. All aspects of organising the changes went smoothly from the helpful advice given by the office staff to the courteous and efficient installation team. It looks great and it works!

Excellent service. The staff were very professional, punctual and did a very efficient installation. Roof replacement was done in less than 2.5 hours… great work.

Everything about a Breeze House is 5star. The quality, the style, the fittings etc.
The installers arrived when they said they would. They were very efficient , chatty and charming. They made sure everything was perfect and explained everything we needed to know.

We recently had the pleasure of having Breeze House come and install one of their fabulous garden rooms, and the whole experience from start to finish was seamless. From visiting their showroom to the team arriving to carry out the build, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.

The guys who came to build the garden room were punctual, polite and hardworking. They completed the job with great precision and attention to detail, and the quality of the craftsmanship is fantastic.

We have had our Savannah Breeze House for over 20 years and have been very pleased with it, although the roof was now ready for a re-thatch. The current roof was over 13 years old, so it was time, although it was not leaking. A two manned team arrived early morning on the agreed date and completed the job in the morning, both were very pleasant and left the property clean and tidy, as if they had not been apart from our Breeze House now having a new roof! A great product that still looks great 20 plus year later.
