We bought a large heavy duty shed from Hassocks which great quality and so much more sturdy than our previous one. The manager, Simon was super helpful and knowledgeable and talked us through all the options without any pressure. We couldn't be happier with our new shed.

From our first meeting with Martin at the Hassocks show site, our experience with Malvern has been brilliant. He was attentive and diligent, listening to all of our requirements and taking the time to answer all of our queries. Nothing was too much trouble; he was happy to come out for a site visit to make sure that our lack of side access wasn't going to be a problem and our communication with the team from then onwards, keeping us up to date about the installation, was great.
On the day, the team who arrived were lovely and respectful of our property and garden. They also took the time to check that we were happy and that everything in the design met our requirements.
Several months later, we're really enjoying the space that our Malvern studio pent provides. Would highly recommend!

We have had Malvern install the bases (one of which was concrete) for two garden buildings this year, one a summerhouse and one a garden workshop. We chose matching wood for both buildings. We were very pleased with the timely workmanship and they both look great.

We ordered a Harwood 7''x7'' through Buckingham Garden centre. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The Harwood was delivered promptly and efficiently and erected quickly. It is so lovely and we are absolutely delighted with the look and quality. Highly recommended.

From our first meeting with James where we discussed our initial requirements, through your the team that installed our garden buildings, this was a great experience.
They made everything very easy and clear, this continued until everything was completed.
The quality of the build was excellent and went up within a day.
We also paid extra for insulation which we would recommend if using as a garden room.

If your summerhouses are as good (and I’m sure they are) as your employees, then I am well pleased. At my initial visits to your Cheltenham Sales site where Andrew, with great knowledge and patience helped my wife and I with choosing a summerhouse. This was followed by ongoing updates and help from the head office staff. To the big day when the summerhouse was delivered and installed by Ben and Mark. These two operatives worked like Trojans, and again like the other staff were efficient, meticulous and were a pleasure to have on my premises.

We are extremely pleased with the summerhouse and would have no hesitation in recommending Malvern to others.

Our Bloomsbury summer house is perfect! Exactly what we wanted. The ordering process was very easy and we were kept informed throughout. The delivery and erecting took 2 days to complete, the guys were very professional and tidy. The quality of the build is very good. I’m now left with the lovely job of furnishing and personalising my ‘She Shed’ would highly recommend.

My family and I needed an office cabin in our back garden. We already knew about Malvern because they have a showroom at Paradise Park in Newhaven. Last March, we met Joy, one of their Garden Building Specialists. From the very first talk, Joy was excellent. What stood out most was that she was not pushy at all. She let my wife and me look around at our own pace and was there whenever we had questions. She also gave us a booklet so we could review everything later. After a few weeks of thinking it over, we went back and called Joy to move forward.

On our second visit, Joy was again very helpful. She answered all our questions clearly and made the whole ordering process easy. We decided to place the order mainly because of her great customer service. Before the cabin was built, we were told there were issues with the Ecobase system, which was handled by another company. This caused a problem because the base needed to be ready first. Even though this was not really Joy’s responsibility, she still helped us through it and even helped us find another supplier. She was always easy to reach by phone and email.

The cabin has now been built, and I am writing this while sitting inside it. We had heavy rain last week and there were no leaks. So far, the insulation also seems to be working well in warm weather, although we will see how it performs in winter. Overall, I want to say thank you to Joy at Malvern Garden Buildings. Her customer service was outstanding and made the whole experience much better. If all salespeople were like Joy at Paradise Park in Newhaven, it would make a big difference. The whole process of designing, ordering and installing the new summerhouse was seamless. Great shout out to Edwyn at the East Bridgeford showroom who assisted us at every stage. The fitters were polite and efficient and were absolutely delighted with the result. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company

Guided to Malvern by the Greenhouse People at Angmering and have used them before, 10+ years ago, that building still looking fine. Whole task went to plan and a lovely building expertly installed and insulated/lined is the outcome. A 'Dry Base' shed base system was used, Malvern working with that company to ensure accuracy of base design and correct scheduling of the whole task- seamless and painless.

Very helpful staff at Blue Diamond Garden Centre gave us all the information needed to guide our choice, and ensure smooth installation. The installation team were excellent, careful, tidy etc., and completed the task in a few hours.
The Malvern Studio Corner is a quality product, and we're very happy with it.
But one point that Malvern should note: the door/s urgenty need some form of door stay. If a door is not hooked back, and the wind catches it - as could easily happen by accident - the nature of the corner building's angles means that there is a risk that the hinges will be torn off the frame.

I bought my garden building from their show site at Webb’s Garden Centre, Frilford, Oxfordshire. Sigi was extremely helpful and patient in guiding me through all the options available. I was buying a 12 x 8 Ashton, and am extremely pleased with it. I used their recommended firm to lay the base - done quickly and efficiently. The guys who erected the building were equally efficient and professional, and 2 months on there have been no problems at all. First class service and product, highly recommend.

I purchased a Summerhouse from Malvern Garden Buildings. The quality and design of the products is outstanding. Matthew dealt with my initial enquiry, he was very thorough and took me through everything and encouraged me to go to one of the show sites to decide on the finer details which we did.
