I ordered item online
I ordered item online, whit collection in store, pay for that. They didin't give me any information when item arrived, when i can collect nothing. No emails, no sms or calls. I have to contact by my self with customer service, and get all information

Brewers new trade account
I had used Brewers for a while trough my previous employer and now that I started my own business I decided to create a trade account with them.
They have a wide range of products and tools for whoever is on painting and decoration trade, also prices are good with lots of promotions and discounts...
Both branches Barking and Enfield very supportive and proactive.
The only minus ( my own experience ) is the delivery... If delivery service will improve than is a 5 star rating...
