I ordered 6 tubes of SX Plaster filler and 4 of them is produced in 2016 so it's quite hard to use! Update! New products was sent, good customer service.

Exceeding my wildest expectations
I have been using Brewers for a long time and not a single time was I let down. They exceed my wildest expectations especially when I get same day delivery if I order in the morning. Staff is always helpful and happy to offer advice. The products are always top of the top. Brewers` quality is most certainly second to none. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work Brewers! I ordered paint on Sunday 31st July,I waited for my text to collect,but I wasn't contacted.On Thursday ,four days later I went to the shop and my paint was there.
When I asked why I hadn't been texted, the reply was " no idea mate". Not what I expect from Brewers.

Very rude shop manager
Very rude shop manager. Didn’t want me to enter the shop 15 mins before it closed as told me he had closed down the tills already. (I was actually only collecting something I had already paid for, so he had to let me have it.). The next day I went back and he acted as if it was a lot of trouble to serve me!
I now always use the paint shop (Leyland) across the road so I won’t be treated like that again. I told them and they said that the Brewers staff are notoriously rude to customers.

Great stock levels and helpful staff
Darren at the Chiswick branch always keeps the stock of sample pots in Little Greene & Farrow & Ball complete. It’s rare for one to be out. Always get excellent service there.

Excellent service on two click and collects with very early opening (Chiswick) so I can easily get there and park without paying on the meter ! Great. Very nice and informative gentleman serving me both times.
