A service that does what it says. This is what I need a as a busy professional.
Also, always get good advice when I travel to the store. (30 mins from home).

A brilliant personalised service, I have never known a company go out of their way to email and phone and do so much to ensure that my order was 100% correct to my needs and to enable me to benefit from an online voucher discount code and 100% delivered on time (in fact actually ahead of the email scheduled date). Fantastic! This is what comes from the satisfaction of purchasing from a third-generation company. The prices are great value. All-in-all I'll never go back to the alleged 'big corporate players' again. Well done Brewers and thank you :)

Received excellent service from Steve, the Branch Manager. Felt like he really cared about his job and people. Steve kept in excellent communication, gave a large wallpaper sample book he ordered for me, and handled my queries efficiently and quickly. Highly recommended.

10/10 service in the Gloucester branch. Stopped in not long before closing, originally only because they stock zinsser grade 1.

We left with heaps of advice, lots of other bits off our list and thanks to the wonderful service from the manager (steve?) We'll never go to B&Q for decorating stuff again.

Not related to the Gloucester store, but experiencing a ridiculous amount of friction trying to place an order online, with an account number and being told discounts cant be applied to guest checkouts which I wouldn't have hsd to do if you just let me put in my card account number and check out.

When faced with being let down by their distribution service, the manager offered a generous substitute which allowed me to complete the job in hand before the weather changed
