Really helpful team
The team in branch at Margate were really helpful, explaining the products I needed to deal with some staining on my walls as well as helping me choose the best paint for redecorating my attic room and en-suite.

Damaged tin
The tin that the paint I purchased was damaged on the top. I asked the store man if he could change it and he without looking on the shelf said it was the last one this is not the first time I have been supplied with damaged tins from this store.

To many e mails
The shop is great the staff are very helpful polite and friendly. Why not 5 stars well i subscribed to everything then the e mails started coming 1 a day so I un ticked some of the boxes hoping not so many e mails I still got 1 every day so unsubscribed 1 a day is ridiculous
