Wallpaper bargain
I was after a pretty wallpaper for my dressing room. The sales assistant Jack quickly found the paper I was after and ordered it for me explaining it was on offer.
I received a text when it was available to pick up.
Speedy and efficient service much appreciated.

Efficient service
Used this company for the first time recently to source a coloured satinwood paint . The service was efficient and the paint was a perfect match for the standard Dulux coloured emulsion that I was using. Very happy with the result.

I'm glad Dulux have re-opened!
I ordered some paint online for collection. The shop was closed and the measures in place for Covid were good but the bloke in front seemed to want to shop the entire range and staff were happy to list everything. I had to wait ages and felt like I'd wasted my time ordering online when I could have come to the door and got the staff to run around for me.
When I got the paint home, one of the tins was the wrong colour. I took it back and, despite the invoice stating the correct order, I was made to look stupid by the member of staff who tried to tell me I was wrong. I am a building surveyor who runs multi million pound projects. I know how to order a couple of tins of paint.
Needless to say, I won't be using them again and have since been to Dulux.
ps
I forgot to mention that the tin I got when they did get the colour right had a hole in it. The "mixer burst the tin" so "I had to be careful with it". I should have made him do it again.
