Excellent customer service, everything was provided and the chap was nice and friendly and made sure I have all the right equipment. The paint he mixed was perfect and he gave good advice.

Surprisingly Clueless
I signed up to the Brewers Trade Membership at the beginning of June but didn’t receive my welcome discount vouchers, 10% off 2 shops. I’ve been sent pillar to post without success, with no one willing to commit to helping.
At one point I was told I would receive them no later than midday by e-mail, when I didn’t I reached out to say not received… and didn’t receive a reply.
The account management team said they didn’t know how it worked and to speak to marketing but marketing didn’t solve it either.
It would appear no one can actually help which seems ridiculous and unprofessional.
Come on, you could and should do better. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere I’m so frustrated by the process.
I e selected my local Brewers, as there wasn’t an option for head office.

Good instore but online ordering took ages.
Service in-store was always really good but ordering on it took ages for the order confirmation to come through. When I arrived at the store they hadn't received it either but they couldn't have been more helpful to sort it out. Just a website, process or systems issue otherwise good.
