V slow and excessively expensive . No price given until total at end of exhaustive boring experience. You aren’t anywhere near a retail experience
V slow. Charged a fortune for grey undercoat, surely there’s one available off the shelf. It’s undercoat!!

Went into my local Brewers in Surbiton…
Went into my local Brewers in Surbiton to buy 2 2.5 of Dulux Weathershield undercoat grey and black gloss oil and got charged £144.00 WOW! I have had a trade account in this branch for over 30years and was offered no discount no discount, I left disgusted .
I then checked other local merchants in the area and found I could have got both tins for £56 each .
Why don’t Brewers look after loyal customers, why do you constantly have to check prices elsewhere which is time consuming especially when you are in the decorating trade .

Very quick service
I placed an online order late evening on a Thursday, and was given an automated estimated delivery day in one week's time, which was fine.
To my great surprise, the delivery came in the morning of the following day! So very very quick service and delivery of all the items I had ordered.

Next day delivery - faultless
Paint and liner trays delivered to my door the next day. Brilliant!
Farrow and Ball paint was excellent to work with and the liner trays are nice and sturdy.
