Ordered paint in the afternoon and it was delivered the next morning and was really well packed. Excellent service and also delivery.

Ordering was easy. Good prices. Timeline for delivery not so good, wasn't advised that it would take as long as it did and when it would be made.
Personal delivery by someone who actually rang the bell and waited. Very pleasant.

Absolutely appalling experience served by a very rough scruffy blonde woman in the Worcester branch. I spent about 20 minutes with another staff member who gave me samples and wrongly quoted me for a paint colour i actually couldn't mix into the johnsons paint. After trying the sample at home i returned to buy it , this scruffy woman then served me. Bolshy and rude from the minute she spoke to me, 'you can't have that' and then went on to be extremely rude and aggressive about the whole thing as if it was my fault. This happened twice in the same day after the first staff member supposedly (according to this woman) did the same thing second time round, I have never ever been treated so appallingly than by this awful woman. She announced the sample colour issues were 'not her problem and Id have to speak to the other member of staff'. It felt like there was some horrible tension between the two women, I would never speak about a colleague that way. She was incredibly rude, snappy, and actually just nasty throughout every interaction on that day. She flounced off to call the paint company to check if a colour could in fact be mixed, after several minutes of her stropping back and forth on hold I told her to leave it, i was not going to give money to brewers again due to this horrendous experience. I asked to speak to her to one side as she put the phone down, and told her how upsetting her treatment of me had been, that I had done nothing wrong if the other staff member gave me wrong info. 'You didn't believe me' She retorted aggressively. All of this with another customer waiting who she then turned to, in order to ignore me. I said i've never been treated so poorly and for no good reason 'okay' she said turning again back to the other guy. I am truly disgusted somebody like this would be representing brewers. I told her we will be closing our trade account, again 'okay'. Absolutely shocking behaviour with no care about the Brewers reputation or loss of trade and a loyal customer. Normally staff are well presented and polite, this woman didn't even look like she worked there, scruffy and slouchy. I'm afraid whilst we would prefer to use smaller specialist companies, I went immediately to wickes, had friendly service and a cheaper price on some paint I now would prefer to use instead. As someone who has managed large retail stores for a number of years, customers should never ever be spoken to in this way. A simple 'i do apologise you seem to have been given the wrong info, let me sort that for you' from the start would've been the correct way to deal with it. I absolutely did not want her to keep on serving me after being so nasty, which is why i asked for the first staff member. Terrible, very upsetting experience from a very nasty woman and about 3 hours of my day wasted. I have complained directly to head office, nobody has got back to me a week later. The only action brewers have taken is to try to remove this review

Great products at reasonably prices and free delivery exactly when promised, what more could you ask for.

What a kind and generous gesture today by Worcester branch who have supported a local sight charity for blind and partially sighted people which I volunteer with. They supplied a bucket of paste for an art project our clients want to undertake and this will be an incredibly helpful contribution to get the project underway. Thank you so much to the company and to the lovely young man who made the offer to us (sorry I didn’t get his name). We really really appreciate this.

I purchased 500 g of this filler from my local Brewer's. It was in stock, fairly priced and the staff were very helpful. It proved to be a versatile filler, easy to mix and to apply. Highly recommended. Many thanks.
