I was very impressed with the overall service provided. It was nice to be able to look at the car without someone standing over your shoulder the entire time, yet also readily available to answer questions or show extra documentation. Stuart was patient, knowledgeable, easy to talk with, and attentive in making sure he provided all the information for me to make an informed decision. The car was clean when handed over and all in all, I am very pleased with the purchase and service provided.

Recently purchased my car from Stewart, all delth with by phone and online, when it came to collection he helped to speed up the final MOT and service,as he understood my urgency for the car, he kindly collected my son and I from the train station and made the final process very easy. As it was a Saturday he advised me to pop to the post office first thing Monday to get the car taxed, albeit free tax. He followed this up with a call on Tuesday to check I had indeed taxed the car. I explained that my 3 kids and I had all came down with a respiratory virus and couldn't leave the house. A few hours later I got a text say that he had popped to the local post office himself and taxed the car and wished us all a speedy recovery! Great experience at Bridgend Irvine Branch. Popped in on the Tuesday for a look around. Sales man Stewart was very helpful on advising the difference between the 2 cars I had liked. He also gave us space and time to discuss my thoughts on the cars with my Daughter. After viewing both cars I was able to make a decision and put a deposit down there and then. Stewart was very informative and gave me all the details I required. Went back down on the Friday to pick up the car. Everything about the service I received was very professional and organized.

Recently bought a car from bridgend and had a great experience. I dealt with Stewart who was very helpful and kept me updated on when my car would be ready and what was being done etc. It came with fresh mot, service and 1 year warranty which gave me the peace of mind I was looking for when buying a second hand car. All in all it was an easy hassle free experience and Stewart from sales dealt with me from start to finish and provided a great service, even arranging for me to get a spare key once the sale was completed.

Buying in person is a different experience.

Bought mazda 3 2015 from above garage on line. I did ask for an independent check i.e RAC they said not needed as they have THERE OWN check list. (Thats because they would have found all the issues), so if a garage say they have there own, say you want an independent check.
Once received the car there were lots of issues, they do a 105 point pre sales check where EVERYTHING is ticked as ok. BUT NOT TRUE. Here are just a few: No rear parcel shelf, electric mirror not working, speakers vibrating, all these faults took over 6 months to be resolved as they kept saying not under GUARANTEE but eventually got them repaired. A few days into ok it to the garage and the bottom of the car had terrible rust (probably because its from Scotland), and they have lots of snow causing rust.
When you look at there so called warranty its a joke. It states "Components NOT covered by this Warranty" when you look at the list EVERYTHING IS NOT COVERED!! There is NO LIST OF ITEMS THAT ARE COVERED!!! The warranty is not worth the paper it is written on.

After spending £10,000 for the car, I did not expect to pay more money rectifying the terriable rust, e.g heat shield by disc really rusty almost eaten away and nearly scratching the disc that is just independent of many, so now i have to pay to get this sorted.

So don't buy on line if you do check under tge car better still get independent check. All this really stressed me out, did not expect all this when buying a car and then having to pay more to get it rectified.

First-class service; my partner was looking for a more economical car to run. It was a very relaxed experience. We dealt with a gentleman named Darren Galloway.

We test drove the car twice because it needed a new battery, which was replaced before we signed anything. Darren was very accommodating and made my partner feel at ease, especially since she was used to driving an automatic and was nervous about switching back to a manual car.

Any questions my partner had, Darren answered with great knowledge and provided any necessary documentation.

The service was excellent from start to finish, and the car came with a year's warranty despite being seven years old.

Overall the service was good and efficient with quick responses to any questions I had. Car has an outstanding recall and Bridgend have arranged the appointment and are provoking me with a courtesy car while it's in. Did realise after purchase that it was missing the engine cover and contacted them but they would not replace it. Managed to get a replacement myself but it was very annoying and frustrating that they wouldn't consider replacing a missing engine component, whether they consider it to be purely aesthetic or not.
