Jordan Kennedy was the staff member who sold me my car. His communication was friendly, honest and clear. He was extremely helpful and informative. I have the utmost respect for him not being the a-typical pushy salesman. He listened to what I was needing and looking for and even let me try fitting my pram in the car so I was sure it would fit. Explained the process of purchasing clearly for me and was happy to work round my schedule to move forward with the purchase and pick up. The icing on the cake from him and another member of staff was helping me get my car home, happily stepped up to make the process easier for me. Darren, your Sales Representative, was very helpful with test drive, arranging road tax and other paperwork. He also went over all the controls, with which I was unfamiliar as my old car is 32 yrs old.

Sales agent Darren Galloway was great, unfortunately he was off the day of collection. The person filling in for him kind of left me with the car and once confirmed that the sale was complete I was handed the single key which was a shame as I was not made aware of the missing spare key. Also the car was left with barely any fuel in it, would of been nice to bill me £20 so I could have some fuel to drive home. But they were kind enough to point me in the direction of a petrol station. Overall Darren handled everything really well just a shame the collection day was a bit messy.
