Friendly and efficient service. I have now leased three cars through Britannia. Plenty of information about vehicles, including reviews, available via their website.

Lack of contact from account contact. It took 6 weeks to deliver a car that I was told it would take 2 weeks to deliver to me

Fast response, easy to deal with and kept me informed all the way.
Would highly recommend them.

I dislike the fact as well as a commission payment from the finance company they also demanded over £400 prior to accepting the order from the customer.

My business email address started receiving spam from this company a few months ago. I have never even heard of them beforehand. Unsubscribe requests are ignored.

You know a business is on the skids (no pun intended) when they have to buy non-opted in mail lists and then relentlessly spam, even when they are aware that they are doing so. I wonder if their 53 year old director who doesn’t like his privacy compromised (ironic really) would like it if he has to open up piles of this unsolicited crap every day?

Oh, and rather oddly, why is your company showing dormant accounts when you are clearly trading?

Despite never signing up, I'm constantly spammed by this company. They bypass my junk filters by changing their email addresses, making unsubscribing useless. It's disappointing that a supposedly reputable company would resort to using unauthorized email lists and ignore ICO regulations. Looking at the reviews here, it's obvious many are fake. Disappointing, Trustpilot!

Sent me irrelevant spam having paid some equally awful people for a list of email addresses.

I have just acquired a new Suzuki Swift through Britannia. There were no problems with the order process and the car was delivered on my date choice. The car itself has exceeded expectations. I cannot speak highly enough about my whole experience.
Their communication, service and support has been exemplary.
