Great service and car
From the start of the process the LoveElectric team have been very attentive, explaining how things work, options and next steps. I got a great car for a good price through the salary sacrifice which once paperwork was all finalised was delivered really quickly and in excellent condition.

Staff are brilliant!
Recently placed a lease order through Loveelectric, originally dealing with Kristina she was absolutely brilliant at keeping me up to date until the order was placed with the dealer where Oliver then picked up contact, I realise I may have been a challenging customer for Oliver though he dealt with everything I asked him and had the car delivered the day it was supposed to as promised and was exceptionally prompt at dealing with a couple of aftersales issues I raised. Superb dealings!

Wish I’d made the switch sooner!
After 12 years of owning the same petrol car outright, taking on a monthly car payment was a pretty big decision for me. I’d been considering switching to electric for a while, but when my old car started needing more repairs than it was worth, I finally decided it was time.
I spent a LOT of time researching the options and working out the costs before committing, and the Love Electric team were brilliant throughout. I had what felt like a million questions, but they were always happy to answer them, jump on a call and talk everything through without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.
The salary sacrifice scheme has meant I’ve been able to get the car I really wanted at a monthly cost I’m comfortable with, and I love that insurance, servicing, maintenance, tyres and breakdown cover are all included in one payment. It takes away so much of the hassle and uncertainty of running a car.
The whole process from choosing and ordering the car through to delivery was genuinely so much easier than I expected. I’m absolutely loving the car, the running costs are significantly cheaper than my old petrol car and the drive is unbelievably smooth.
I honestly wish I’d done it years ago. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Love Electric to anyone considering making the switch to an EV.

1) please tell me where to log on as an employee. The option is NOWHERE on your main page. Everything but.
2) i eventually found it hidden via two other sub menus but its not really convenient to only have an email sent with a link to log in as my work email isnt easily accessible from my mobile and you now seem to have taken the login by password option away
3) the car filter choices the bottom button to filter does not work on safari. It hides at the bottom of the screen either portrait or landscape.
All in all a bit of a frustrating experience

We of course don’t want any part of the journey to be frustrating - quite the opposite. We’re constantly looking to improve the user experience and this is a really useful insight into where we can make positive changes.
1. We’ll shortly be adding a clearly labelled login button to the website, making it easy for existing customers to reach the loveelectric platform.
2. The login options have recently been tweaked to reflect how most of our users login, but we’ve now noted this can cause frustration.
