Excellent experience

Awful customer service
Service was good on the front end getting the vehicle. When it comes to getting the charger installed, I am more than a month down the line and still no further forward.
Had one of their "experts" suggesting to me that for him to get a better look at my fuse that I should cut into the wall around it - struggling to find the words to describe what a stupid thing this is to ask members of the public to do around electrical fixtures.
Beyond that I'm stuck in the middle of Octopus and Northern Powergrid trying to get someone to take responsibility for pushing this forward and getting the fuse changed. Unclear why as the only person in this conversation with no experience around electrical fixtures that I am the one expected to coordinate this.
Also submitted a complaint and am now past the 10 working days they quoted and still heard nothing so if you are going to deal with Octopus be prepared for a similar experience.

Good communication from the whole team, especially Jack. Very efficient and speedy process, only two months from initial order to vehicle delivery. Slight delay with the charger installation, but these things happen and very pleased with the end result. Great experience overall and happy to recommend.

Where do I start here, firstly to call out Robyn Martin and Jake Howes for what I could only describe as the best customer service I have received from a company in the past decade at least. I initially spoke with Jake about ordering a car, he was knowledgeable , easy to talk to, very engaging and clearly knew exactly what he was doing and genuinely cared about his role and helping people get the right car. what a wonderful chap. after such wonderful process with Jake ordering my car I was shocked at how good/easy that part was and thought it won’t get any better as not many ''Jakes'' around anymore who actually care and do a great job. I was wrong, Robyn called me and was basically the female version of Jake, awesome to talk to, said she was calling me back on a certain day/time and did so to the exact minute, went above and beyond with keeping me informed along the way and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. this past decade or so I have seen a massive decline in customer service and people actually engaging with customers, often to my determent I have actually not gone ahead with a purchase for something I really need/would like as the people I have been dealing with have been either terrible at their role or just generally not nice to deal with. this is a real shame but seems to be more common than ever. Jake and Robyn are the opposite.
I was kind of on the fence with the whole EV subject but without any sort of sales patter at all from anyone at Octopus I quickly decided these are the sort of people I want to deal with and went ahead and placed an order. I must also flag that the chap who delivered my car was again the best experience I have ever had with a new car. I wrote this review initially a month ago but it never uploaded and have forgotten the chaps name (I think it was Andrew from Holdcroft Fleet) How I ended up with these 3 people I will never know but it all amounted to the best service and experience and I now recommend the business to anyone who will listen to me. Thank you so much for doing such a wonderful job, Ben

Both Bash and Adnam were friendly, patient, and brilliantly clear at every step. No jargon — just calm, helpful humans who actually seemed to want things to go right. Imagine that!
Questions were answered quickly, processes were explained properly, and I never once felt like I was being rushed or upsold. It felt less like “car ordering stress” and more like “someone competent has got this covered for me”.
Easy and straight forward
The process was really easy and the agent assigned to me was extremely helpful. She kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and was always keen to help.
