I have not received my order
I have not received my order. I have emailed them twice and never received a reply. Now that I look at other reviews I see this is commonplace with this company. AVOID!

Something seriously awry
Ordered a book via Prime weeks ago. It never arrived and I heard nothing from Brit Books until I posted a low review here. (I don’t do that lightly.)
Have just received a refund but all this is too late for Christmas.

What's the difference between…
What's the difference between incompetence and theft? Either way, I've lost my money.
Ordered 2 books a week ago but their website threw a wobbly after I entered my credit card details.
Britbooks took my money but no books, and no confirmation email. Nothing.
I complained, but: "Unfortunately I need an order number to find in the system...".
Stonewalled!
No money.
No books.
No more replies.
Nothing.

Great Customer Service
I received my order in a timely fashion however it was the wrong book. I immediately emailed them and within 2 hours they got back to me to apologise Told me to keep the book that I received (at no extra cost) and they would send me the correct one. I received that one within a couple of days.
It's easy for a company to make a mistake but it's how they deal with it that counts In my opinion their customer service is definitely worth 5* and I will be using them again.

Do notuse this bookseller: Books were sent badlypacked so packaging split , got wet and damaged. Prevarication over refund I had to paypostageto return to get a refund !

Very poor delivery and difficult returns.
Does not deliver within the stipulated timescales and tries to send item after the expected dates. Then wants you to pay for return postage as a way to foist the purchase on you. Ignores messages, emails and voice-calls until a formal refund is requested.
