We are extremely happy with our new windows. The whole process was excellent from the design consultant, surveyor, admin and the great job completed by the fitters Lambi and Jack. Fantastic!!!

Overall very good company

They were extremely professional. From start to finish I got extremely good service. There representative and the fitter were very friendly but professional. The rep made sure I was getting exactly what I needed and the fitter worked extremely hard and made sure he worked with the minimum of disruption. I am extremely pleased with the product and final finish.

Lovely windows quality very nice . very good company keeping you up to date on the progress of the windows when ready to install. Also two nice men put them in for us very happy with their service

It was so easy to work with Britelite, regularly receiving updates by email or a quick call, very organised! Lambi and Nic were amazing replacing all the windows over 3 days and never left for the day without cleaning up. Great quality work, fantastic service and transparency on costs. Would highly recommend!

This is the second time we have used Britelite and we would definitely recommend them.
This time we had a window sill dropped and bifold doors installed. Geoff and Liam who did the install were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and did an excellent job - they were in and out in a day and very neat and tidy.
The only reason this is not a 5* review is that we ordered triple glazing but double was delivered - if we weren't in the construction industry ourselves we might not have picked it up. However when we drew their attention to this they replaced the doors within a week, so prompt response to the issue.

Geoff and Liam were brilliant. They were friendly, professional, fast working and have installed our garage door to a lovely finish.

The Installation Team headed by James Hastings were professional, thorough and friendly. The quality of the flat roof and the lantern and the work to install it was efficient and very well executed. I have similar feedback for the electrician Martin who was friendly and efficiently installed the light fittings working closely in conjunction with the installation team.
I am however, very disappointed that at the point of the sale, Tony Miguez convinced me that Britelite would provide a perfect finish, both externally and internally following the work. This was a clincher that made me go with Britelite, despite the quote being significantly higher than 3 other builders. I made it clear that I valued a neat professional finish. However, it transpired that the quote I received did not include the cost of a plasterer to skim my ceiling. I was therefore left with holes in my ceiling as the light fittings were in different places. The old plaster had fallen off in places following the work and the roof lanterns were not boarded and skimmed. This was definitely NOT the perfect finish I was promised. I therefore had to commission a plasterer provided by Britelite to give me a decent internal finish at an additional cost to me. The plasterer's work was aeduate, but was rough in a few places. The total cost of the work therefore ended up being significantly more expensive than my other quotes. This was after I received a 10% discount voucher because I commissioned Britelite following my visit to the Ideal Home Show. I am disappointed that I did not receive the perfect finish I was promised without incurring additional costs to an already expensive quote. I am also disappointed that this was not made clear at the point of the sale to clarify what I will receive and the end look. Whilst I am very happy with the quality and the installation of my flat roof, the costs were high. I therefore question whether the costs I paid for my flat roof provided value for money.

This company is absolutely terrible, there is a reason all their Google reviews are so bad and I'm surprised this isn't reflected on here. The sales rep lied to us about our door installation and the type of mechanism it would use, despite me asking THREE times to be certain, as it was the main reason for me hiring Britelite. The windows are awful quality and not at all like the sample the sales rep showed us, terrible sound proofing compared to our last windows and the installation was appalling - lots of broken pieces and they just filled it with sealant. TERRIBLE experience and would not recommend at all.

Excellent workmanship, attention to detail outstanding, friendly, they made sure that they tidied in each room when they had fitted that particular window. The disruption to us was minimal, and the windows are fantastic.

Had new windows and doors. Cannot fault Lambi and his workmate for the professional way they worked. Polite, friendly and very very tidy. Am very pleased with this installation and quality. A very professional company where everyone does their job to the best of their abilities. The office staff are very helpful and always keep you updated with what's happening. All the installation chaps are brilliant and work tirelessly to make sure everything is correct. A real pleasure to have them at your house.

Karl arrived promptly and was a very pleasant individual - his workmanship was extremely professional and he had a great personality - the finished job looked excellent- albeit that he needs to return to change the door lock as the manufacturers send the wrong one - all in All he is a credit to your organisation
