Britelite started with John Baxter and Arthur Clacy in the showroom/offices in Lower Stone Street in Maidstone, with two teams of fitters and two administrators. Now, in 2025, we have our Head Office in Parkwood Trading Estate, Maidstone which also houses one of our conservatory show centres. Good service from britelite
From start to finish it was a very good service. Was told it would take around 12 weeks but due to it being done for an elderly vulnerable person and that his old door couldn’t be locked properly, they made it a priority and they turned this job around within a few weeks. So thank you to Britelite windows.

All I spoke to were friendly
All I spoke to were friendly. The window fitter was open to questions and explained everything to me - for example how to clean the window and frames. He was respectful of my home and cleaned up after him. He wore covers on his shoes.

Geoff and Liam were both very efficient and professional
After a small delay of actual instalment which was for a perfectly valid reason the guys came with the scaffolding on the day expected and did a good job erecting it with care and caution regarding the front garden and front of house protection. Geoff and Liam arrived on time on both days to do the actual fittings and were extremely efficient and professional. The work they did was tidy and neat and they took great care to protect the furnishings and carpets throughout the house at all times. They were very polite and friendly.
