British Hardwoods Avis

Delivered earlier than anticipated, packed really well.
Great quality wood for our use, will definitely be ordering again.

Thanks, Bespoke Laser UK

First time buying from British Hardwoods. Very pleased with the wood I received - maple & walnut. Ordered 1" but all were a little over. I thought the pricing was very reasonable as well. I will be ordering more in due course. Strongly recommended.

It's the first time I've ordered wood online as I like to see the quality of what I'm buying.
Although it took longer than expected to arrive ( I should have read the Ts & Cs) the quality of the oak was flawless.
I will definitely purchase again once I've used up this order.
Thank you.

Helpful delivery driver and good product - have started fitting cladding and it looks lovely

We ordered oak skirting and oak doors.
Very pleased with all . The skirting is nicely oiled and looks great.

Excellent wood.
Kept well informed.
Delivery as promised

I was treated with respect, and everyone at BH is an expert. The help, guidance and advice I received throughout the purchasing process was wonderful. Delivery was memorable as the delivery driver knows his stuff inside out. Nothing was damaged and it was properly packaged.
Overall, BH is utterly excellent. Totally recommended.

Products are really good. Lead times are long but very good delivery service when they arrive.

I had a great experience with British Hardwoods from start to finish. The quality of the timber was outstanding and tightness of the grain was exceptional from American cherry to the black walnut even the Canadian maple. All the timber purchased were beautifully milled and exactly as described. Exceptional service and top-notch materials. Highly recommended!

The wood supplied had a lot of sap wood in the order. When paying for PAR one expects much less - even none.

The courier it used is DX Delivery . Tried to contact them on one day, using their hotline.
In the morning , I called and waited on music for 30 mins, but no response.
In the afternoon, I called again, and again waited on music for about 15 min, but still no response

Fantastic product good customer service. BH colour matched existing flooring provided by them 3 years ago.

Beautiful wood, good finish. Excellent service, communication and delivery

The oak is a very high quality and when I had an issue they sorted it right away extremely good customer service.

Will definitely be looking to purchase again in the future.

Oak moulding as described, and delivered in strong packaging.
What more can you ask for?

Very good quality product.
Really for pick up after only a couple of days (less than the week specified).
Thanks

From my first contact with the Sales Team (Jo) right through the whole process of buying my timber to the delivery it has been a pleasure to deal with British Hardwoods couple this with the excellent quality timber I have had delivered makes a British Hardwoods my go to Timber Supplier going forward - Many thanks

Good products.
1st, actually talking to the company for clarifications. This helped substantially on how to order architrave.
2nd, Delivery was comfortably within the forecast.
3rd, The product met with requirements albeit the surface finish was still showing "plane" markings.

The oak skirting arrived very quickly indeed, the boards were of good length and the grain pattern between the boards is excellent. I will definitely be dealing with this company next time I need hardwood products.

After spending some time looking on the Internet, I finally found a door handle style that would suit my space .i only ordered one at first just to make sure they went back and ordered some more items from this company very fast delivery and the products are very well-made thank you
