Well the shopping and delivery was perfect no problems at all, about the item to be honest i didn’t use it yet so i can’t say anything at this point since i have never used this item before it is new... Voir plus
I would have given 5 stars for the items I got. Also the help from Rein, when I had problems with the delivery. Shame about the courier. Various failed attempts.

I have emailed them and used there message page and no one is replying very frustrating. I placed order for sugar free mr freeze icepoles and keep sending sugar ones. I’m diabetic

Having looked through your order history and resulting correspondence with us, we can see that you actually ordered the regular ice pops and, upon receiving them, realised your mistake and admitted to ordering the incorrect item in error.
We sent you the product you ordered, which happened to have been the sugar version. This was not a mistake on our part and is incorrectly reflected as such.

Awful company and service
Would give zero stars if I could. Sent me the wrong product different to both the photo and description but insisted it was the right one. I have had both and know the difference. At first they admitted it was wrong and then denied it. They have however now changed the picture on the website. Said they would refund if I took the parcel several miles away. I don’t have a car right now and care for my nearly 90 year old mother and explained I couldn’t get there and asked them to arrange collection. They refused and just said if I got it back to them they will refund. They are not selling what they advertise and what’s more tried to tell me the two products are the same. I have had it for years and this is not true. I will now have to try to find someone to take it for me or lose my money. They don’t care at all about customer satisfaction.
