I think things could be settled a little bit faster
So far everything has been going ok I guess. My only negative and the reason for not giving 5 stars would be that it seems to be taking longer than I thought to settle my accounts. I have had one account settled since joining 6 months ago. I mean maybe it does take a while but I guess my expectations were higher. But as far as account management and communication, that has all been fine with no issues. Update as of September 15th 2026: I still think things are being settled way slower than I expected. I understand that my money account does not have a lot in it but I still thought things would at least be settled so late fees and all the extra fees would stop adding up and also the risk of being sued. I really want my big accounts to be at least settled. So just a little worried and disappointed if I am being honest.

They could do a better job at communication
They could do a better job at communicating and responding to client's emails and concerns in the portal. I have a creditor who accepted the settlement offer and they are being paid, but still reporting me late. I thought what was presented to me was that would stop after the plan was accepted.
